I have a question, I've been calling thier number for days now and no answer can any help me with getting a hold of them? I need my taxes done again this is a great place but I'm so lost in not being able to get an answer ?

This past year we had issue with money being put in the incorrect account. We have always used them but this is the first year that out tax return money was out in someone else's bank. It took a long time to get the money but they took care of this issue. It was a slow process.

The women who run this business are AMAZING. I came to Amber and Hannah with a mess of tax stuff that needed to be taken care of and they were so helpful, supportive, caring, and efficient. I will never take my taxes anywhere else again. They’re the best. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. They treat you just like family.

Amber handles my tax returns every year and every year it’s by far the best quality I’ve experienced. Kind, courteous and patient. The young lady Hannah is always so kind and patient in answering whatever questions I may have.

I was astonished by the professionalism, transparency, and kindness this business portrayed to me from the first phone call I made. A sweet girl, Hannah, answered the phone and was willing to answer any question I had for her. I’ve filed my taxes by myself each year before 2019 tax season when I had several problems doing it myself. Hannah placed me in great hands with Amber, who was very understanding and honest with me the entire time. Not to mention, I had so much faith in this company that I willingly drove 2 hours to their office — which ended up being the best decision I’ve made with regard to professionalism and putting my taxes in someone else’s hands for the first time! I can’t thank Amber and Hannah enough for all their help and patience with me — you girls are rockstars!!

Very friendly and they'll help you get as much as you can on your tax refund, and they're also fairly cheap. 2nd year filing with them and i would recommend Adams express tax to anyone.
