Very nice townhomes very updated. We lived there for 2 years. We also rented a storage unit as well. We never had any problems. Had good neighbors. The townhomes are very spacious with large closets. If looking for a nice with reasonable rates this is the place to call .

Me and my Wife has rented apartments on 3 different occasions from them and absolute best landlord you can ask for lawns and landscaping are managed top notch and any problem we ever had they was there that day to fix it i would recommend them to anyone also we used there storage facilities very safe and secure they have cameras at all locations never any issues what so ever and the cheapest around ....

Lived there for 2 years. Very nice townhomes. Management and owner takes very good care of property. Very spacious large closets. If looking for a good place to rent A&A properties is the place to call.

Rented storage units during a move from florida and found everything smelled like mouse urine and fesses. Mice chewed up our Temperpedic mattress and our dinning room table. Manager said he put out traps but we didn't see any.

Poor Management, Double standards for tenants that have been here a long time. Very nosey, NOISY, rude neighbors. If you want to live in a place that only cares about the rent check and not the tenants needs, along with attitude, Black mold in air ducts and H/Vac (which should be shut down according to the EPA) and a manager that that will put you off as much as the lil guy possibly can. Then your in the right place. Also if your a Veteran don't expect to be talked to with any respect...
