I’m new to the area and am in the market for my new regular nail salon, but I don’t think this place will be the one. I’lll start with the positive and give 5 stars for how clean the salon was and how friendly the staff was with what clearly appeared to be their regular customers. On a Saturday afternoon, I only waited for about 5 minutes, which was another plus. However, I’ll give the actual pedicure experience 1 star. There were no options for the type of pedicure, which is very different from every other nail salon I’ve used. Whether it has been in KY or CO or TN or WV or DC, the salon has offered a menu of different types of pedicures from the basic to more luxurious with different scrubs and lotions. I assume what I received was the one and only option, and other than a somewhat uneven coat of polish, my toes and feet really look and feel no different than they did before the pedicure. There was negligible trimming or shaping of my toenails, negligible pumice treatment work on my heels, and a very negligible foot and calf massage. Perhaps the experience is better if you are a regular, but my first impression was not a great one.

Awesome! Always! I know people complain about a wait but if you want a really awesome set of nails it is well worth a wait. I will not go anywhere else!

The wait wasn’t terrible, the soak of previous SNS was unattended but they give you a paper towel in the acetone.. I wasn’t asked or instructed but since I wanted my hands out of the chemicals I just helped the process along and did it myself. The nails techs were pleasant and chatty, spoke well English and super friendly! The nail tech who did my SNS on natural nails did an outstanding job! Not messy, very meticulous and thin not bulky, finished smooth and didn’t have to dremel a lot either! Im super pleased and will recommend them

I always made an appointment and still had to wait 30 min-1 hour because they would take walk ins . All about the money not the client lake most nail salons in this area .

This was my third time in this business. The first time I felt so welcomed and absolutely LOVED my nails. The Second time was with my mother and sisters and we were treated wonderful! I love the energy in this Salon and how they cut up with everyone. Today was exceptional aswell! Conversation was great an my nails look so wonderful. I absolutely love the energy there and they did a complete set of acrylics on me about a month or so ago and I've gotten them filled in twice and they're still on and they haven't chipped, cracked or broken at all and none of them have came off or anything! Oh and I got them just clear because of where I work I'm not supposed to have them at all and they're still beautiful! The lady that always does them is so friendly and down to earth she makes u feel comfortable and she takes her time and explains things if u have questions and she's just so sweet...they all are super friendly I won't go anywhere else!! This is my number one place to get nails for sure!! Thank you guys/gals!! I'm so grateful for ppl like you!!??Services: Foot massages
