“I truly believe that if you give vinegar you get vinegar I really don't know anything about this company but I have a funny feeling that if you get on the phone with a bad attitude the person on the other end if they're not really good at customer service it's probably going to respond with a bad attitude. It appears that several of the gas companies in this area have the same issue with delivery so I'm guessing that a lot of people use propane and the fact of the matter is that if you have 2,500 people ordering propane and there's six trucks that are delivering chances are there's going to be a delay in delivery my recommendation is always order it early and be nice.”
