“The Utica Post Office is absolutely the best! The employees are professional, courteous, and efficient. Our letter carriers have always been great, and our mail gets where it's going faster when mailed from Utica than from anywhere else. (A previous postmaster there told me he didn't think that was possible, but I'm convinced!)”
