I ordered and prepaid $1,000 for propane over 7 days ago. I called for an update on the arrival of the propane. Pam said...."how much propane did you have in your tank when you ordered the propane?" I said "between 5 and 10%, we currently have no heat in the house!" Pam replies " this is not my problem. You should have ordered the propane when it was at 30%. There is nothing I can do to help you. You will get the propane when you get the propane." When our tank was at 30% I was on a ventilator fighting for my life. Propane was the last thing on our minds. I realize people have things going on in their own lives, however Pam is insensitive and rude. Very very RUDE. To a point of being hateful! I feel like she needs some sensitivity training. There is absolutely no reason to ever speak to someone like she spoke to me two days ago. I called corporate headquarters today and they told me they would call me back. They have not as of yet. It is 25 degrees tonight and we have no heat!! When a family of 6 almost loses their mother and the father gets laid off from his place of employment it is not easy to pay for propane. My husband did not work for 6 months. And I feel like I have been made out to be a bad person. Pam needs to learn to be a little nicer.

I truly believe that if you give vinegar you get vinegar I really don't know anything about this company but I have a funny feeling that if you get on the phone with a bad attitude the person on the other end if they're not really good at customer service it's probably going to respond with a bad attitude. It appears that several of the gas companies in this area have the same issue with delivery so I'm guessing that a lot of people use propane and the fact of the matter is that if you have 2,500 people ordering propane and there's six trucks that are delivering chances are there's going to be a delay in delivery my recommendation is always order it early and be nice.

Ordered a tank fill 9 days ago. I PRE-PAY my fuel and can't get it. I was told drivers are being sent to other areas. Really? Something seriously wrong this year. It has to be more than driver shortage.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Took nearly 2 days. They have no knowledge of logistics or when they can deliver. And no idea of who would know. And rude!!!

I found Pam to be extremely helpful and very willing to work with me as we are full-time RV's----no one wanted to rent to us for a "part time" "who knows how long they will be there" customer. Pam went out of her way to work with me and help solve the problem with a solution pleasing to her company and me.

Their secretary Pam is a nosy busy body that will discuss your account information with anyone she pleases, she is Rude, Hateful, and disrespectful. If your looking for a good company with friendly people, This isn't it !
