“These guys went way above and beyond what anyone could could hope for! Not only did they tow my car fir a fair price, they cake with another truck to puck us up, bought us lunch and was extremely patient while I tried to figure out how I was getting back home to NC. Then after discovering my engine was blown, and I had to leave my car behind (which the owner bought from me) I left my wallet by mistake and he overnighted it free of charge!! Awesome, can't thank them enough and they have my highest recommendation!! I would leave 10 stars if I could!!!”

“busted my tire today; i’m 17 and i didn’t know what to do as i’m still a new driver. they were very attentive, helped calm me down and walked me through what to do. they even made sure i had air conditioning since its summer and it was rather hot out. very appreciative of their help and even more grateful of them!”

“Great company! I am very thankful for the driver who helped me this past Saturday as I was on my way from Georgia to Ohio and hit a pothole. Of course my tire burst in the most inconvenient location ever. No tire shop in sight for miles, and not able to get to my spare. I didn't catch my driver's name, but believe it was Aaron. I do believe he was angel sent to help me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. They don't make many ppl like him anymore. Definitely a blessing in disguise”

“I was traveling solo with my kids and I was at the halfway point of my trip - 2.5 hours from home, 2.5 hours to my parents - when my engine overheated. I limped over to Lunsford and they quickly diagnosed the issue.
At first, it seemed like I would have to call my husband to drive the 2.5 hours there to pick me up since the part needed to probably be ordered, but they figured out a solution with the parts they had.
I am so grateful for their kindness, especially on a Friday afternoon when they could have dismissed me and been done for the day. We were able to complete the journey to my parent's home to celebrate a few birthdays together. Great people, highly recommend!”

“Driving from Middletown ohio to my grandsons wedding in Tennessee our car broke down a mike north of Williamsburg Ky. The police department gave me the number of their local towing service, Bolton’s. Called and were told about two hours, Chris, the driver showed up about 1 1/2 hours later, after towing two other vehicles that broke down in the same jam we were in. Towed us to Rolands service, who he highly recommended. After dropping off our car he offered to take my wife and myself to the Hampton hotel to spend the night since our car couldn’t be repaired, but got an emergency call fir a bad accident on 75. Gave us the cab company number and left. He was a wonderful and very helpful man and couldn’t have bern nicer. A credit to those he works for. Michal J Chupka Sr. Middletown Ohio”
