I placed an order for propane over two weeks ago when my tank was just above 30%. It is now under 10% and I still don’t have a delivery. And I guarantee they will try to charge an “out of gas” fee. I’m not paying that.

Over the years that I've been a customer many employees have come and gone. Rochelle would have to be at the top of my list of helpful employees. Always cheerful and makes everyone feel important. She's an outstanding person and a pleasure to do business with. A big asset to the London office!

my review is not of east Kentucky propane but of the people who deserves the stars . all the employees in the London office are great. But One stands out and shines. Rochelle Lewis is a rare induvial she believes in going the extra mile. Not because she has to but it needs done and someone hast to do it. She is the kind of people that makes America great.Iv been a customer for several years and if I need something done forget the 1-800 # all you get there is go to the internet. I have to call Rochelle so she gets 10 stars the company gets 3 stars. maybe the rest needs to see how she does it .Wendell W. Hammond

Went to the office in lily today and sat down there for over a hour and a half waiting on someone to get back from lunch. Can’t never get anyone to answer the phone when you call to even when you call corporate office. I will pay my bill this year and I’m changing companies after that

Have been calling these people for six weeks, they will NOT return calls! Their office is closed! They do not respond to online orders for propane! Do they want to sell gas or not? Last year it took three weeks to actually contact a person this year it's impossible! I definitely do NOT recommend this business, if you can call it that. BBB should give them an F rating!

I have left multiple messages online and offline as well as tried to contact their office and corporate office. I like to be prepared for the coming winter in October to the first two weeks of November. I even drove to their physical location in Lily, Kentucky and there was a note on the door that informed me that they were no longer having anyone in the office. When you call between 8 am to 12 pm Eastern time all you get is a voicemail. Sadly, if I could have found someone else to buy propane from I would.

I am writing for my uncle who is unable to use the internet..he lost his wife to covid so now I been helping him with things like bills & gas orders & such things that his wife normally handled..Eastern KY Propane has been a blessing thru this ordeal..great timely service everytime he has needed it, especially the nice lady that runs the office..A BIG thank you to you all..

I've call for my mother's tank to be fill three times and she once. We started when her gage read 30 now it's just under 20.Their answering machine says only leave one message. Propane is her only source of heat. If it runs out and her pipes freeze or she gets ill from having a cold house.They need a new administration but keep the driver, he's a nice agent for the company.

Worst place to work with don’t deserve a star at all. My parents are 84 years old and I have to beg these people to fill there tank everything they need filled. They never answer the phone or call back. Save you time energy snd find a company who appreciates your business.

We have been calling for 3 weeks now the tank at the Church is at 16 percent the tank at our house is at 18 percent. We don't know who else to contact they have not returned our calls does anyone have another number other than the one listed

So we went to these guys cause they had fantastic pricing and they were great for a little bit. But the last few years has been tough with them. In our latest situation we ordered propane when we were at 40%just before the holidays. Now we knew it took them a few weeks so we expected three or 4 weeks into the new year but here we are 6 weeks later and we've called 20 times and no one returns those calls. I'm regretting switching to this company. I do not suggest these guys these days! Sorry...
