My husband "Randy" and I recently picked up a U-Haul trailer at Pratt Truck & Trailer Srrvices. Darin went out of his away to accommodate our pick up and to expedite the process. During our trip home my husband commented many times how nice Darin was and he was glad he had the opportunity to meet him. Thank you for being a real person.

Stopped by to pick up some boxes I paid for through uhaul site. Unfortunately there was a computer issue, this location no longer sells boxes, but the owner was extremely nice and found some boxes in storage for me. He was also giving a customer a ride home after dropping of his truck which I thought was pretty awesome.
