This place has went downhill since it ordinarily opened. It was different they actually spayed and scrubbed your vehicle BEFORE you went in the tunnel.... ohhhhh oh oh AND all the vacuums worked but not anymore...? Anyway it barely beats nothing but not by much.

Honestly should’ve pulled away after having to put my card in several times. Got the 30$ wash that included everything and my pre bug wash, didn’t receive that. Machine failed to print out a recipe as well. Pulled up and there was no attending there, had to sit and wait to be helped again until he decided to get off his phone and work. After the wash there was SOOO much dirt, bugs, debris that should’ve came off. No tire shine on the tires had to do that myself, spent 45 minutes RECLEANING my car. I’d 1000% give 0 stars if it was a possibility.

Update: I had to change my 3 star to 1 star. I added another vehicle to this car wash because of convenience. Again with this unprofessional bearded guy. Fresh clean Jordan's and big attitude. I went in to get my sticker and he acted as he would rather not be there at all and his level of professionalism is non existant. I mistakenly didn't put in my email address at the uncomfortable screen out front of the entrance and that was a big deal to him, as he stared me down like he wanted to fight me. Absolutely uncalled for. I will be looking for other options for car wash services because of this person.I've had great experiences here most of the time except this one person. Every time I go here he always has an attitude, his gestures are forceful and always mean mugs myself and others. Tonight I roll in and he is visibly arguing with coworkers while flagging me in. I was too far one way and I was being told by him to keep coming then I hit the bar. No big deal to me, but his reaction was very rude and you could tell he cursed under his breath, but it was his fault! Not pleased with this shirt burly bearded man at this location.Edit: was told will absolutely not spray weather tech floor mats. Another reason this place is terrible.

They do a fine job better than 90% but 30.00 dollars is expensive. I know you use the chemical treatments you offer and but a thick sudsy wash ceramic paint guard and tire shine and under carriage wash to remove winter road salt.You offer free microfiber cleaning cloths and vacuum use with floorbmat clips.I did get the most important part of the wash the hand held prewash your workers were busy or on smoke break I found out.If you reduced the work's to 20 to 25.00 range you would increase you business via volume. I know this because I'm on a fixed income and can't afford a once a week wash that every car suv and truck needs to prevent rust and acid grime that peels the clear coat off.If you would do a Social Security discount show their Medicare card and picture ID. I would come 4 times a month at 20.00 a wash.Thank you. God bless you and your family plus your business

If I could give it a zero I would, first there was still dirt and bugs on my vehicle after the was and it didn't apply and wheel shine on the deluxe wash I purchased. When I drive to get the vacuum half are missing and I had to go to 3 different vacuums to find one that wasn't clogged up with cigarette butts. The glass cleaner was clear I think it might have been just water and they had no clean towels. It looked like there was only one attendant and he was on his phone the entire time I was there. There was trash in the parking lot about a half an inch deep everywhere it looked like people were just dumping their trash from the car onto the ground and nobody cleaning it up when zips first came to town it was my go-to car wash, they have really went downhill since they moved into town.

The first time I tried this one (we have the unlimited monthly pkg), I actually liked it, even though that was when none of their vacuums were working. It seemed to do a more thorough job at drying, esp the rear / trunk of the car, which was a big plus. I have been a couple more times in the past 4-5 months and it seems to have gone downhill. They only have one of the two entrance bays open, which kind of defeats one of the perks of having the unlimited washes b/c you can get around others that are paying for one. In addition, their vacuums seem to only be working half of the time or in half of the spots and my most recent visit there were no towels on the cart that sits outside. I did go inside to check and no one was in there, nor did I see any towels in there.If trying to get the most out of your monthly membership payments, I would have to say this would not be a good choice. Just looking to get a quick wash & not worrying about using anything else, you may make out okay as long as there is not a long line.

Problems everytime I come here and the worst part I keep giving them another chance. Never again. Bought online membership 20 mins before going pulled in to a 10 car line. Every car had problems getting in so I was skeptical. Sure enough had to call guy over which denied me a wash after sitting in line 25 mins and showing proof of paid membership and barcode that wouldn't scan. Told me to go to another location. I will handwash my car in the driveway in 20 degree weather before I come back here.

This is by far the worst carwash I've been to paint over 30 dollars for a car wash with extras didn't let me know half of their equipment wasn't working had to hand wash my whole truck when I can put the truck was covered in soap and still dirty and the dryer wasn't working so it was still soaked didn't offer anything didn't have towels so I had to use my own I will never be back
