I had an amazing time having my car washed here. I've been coming to Zips for a while, but never have I been so satisfied! My car was clean, and the workers were as helpful as ever! The Manager, Rebecca - helped me a lot as well in terms of some messed up vacuums (Always has to be one somewhere). Definitely recommend, and definitely coming back!

Purchased a $30 wash this afternoon. When I got home I noticed a lot of dirt and bird poop spots. Drove back at 7:23pm to have it washed again and it was closed. Its advertised as open til 8pm. I was thinking about buying the monthly wash but after driving back during open hours and it's closed? I won't be using the car wash again. I have many other choices and I teach during the day so I have a small window of time to get my car washed after school.

Zach was awesome. Peaches went above and beyond. The last two experiences were top notch. At this location I made it through the car wash, quickly found the towels and window cleaner clean and ready. I use it daily since I drive for Lyft. I pay for the service monthly and visit almost everyday. GIVE THESE FOLKS A RAISE!

This is hands down, the best automated wash in the central ky area. You get hand wash quality, best vacuum on the planet, not a quarter slot in sight!! Aren't we all tired of a place to put another quarter! Access to towels abs everything you need to finish off the job. I've had a membership here for years and would recommend that route to anyone.

Zach, at the zips on gray lag way, was super helpful and knowledgeable. The flow of the carwash was good. strong vacuums and towels and cleaner ready for use. my car is nice and clean, inside and out!
