Don’t shop at zales. If you do you will be sorry. They sold me the wrong size wedding band and wouldn’t even exchange it. My wife was just as disappointed as I was . Do what you want but don’t say you weren’t forewarned.

My mother and I recently had a great experience at the Zales store in the Lexington Mall. Both Donna and Ariel were exceptionally helpful during our visit. They made sure to answer any questions we had. They made us feel comfortable and certain with our purchase. I have shopped at this Zales before and I am happy to say I had another great experience this time. This is the only jewelry store I would recommend to family and friends, after shopping around in Lexington, KY. You won’t be disappointed.

Donna was so helpful with my ring issue today. She was thorough and kind. I was upset initially because my ring was damaged, but with my warrantee, she worked me through the process. Looking forward to getting it back.

The worst quality rings and diamonds out there. I sent in my original wedding set 4 times for the diamonds falling out before they replaced it and the new one they replaced it with, the metal split in half when it got caught on a kids PLASTIC bench. They said whatever they do to it to fix it I’ll have to pay for despite it being the quality of their rings. This is the second set I’ve been told that it was the way the rings are made and they will continue to fall apart. The metal feels like plastic after being re sized and the sales “manager” at the Lexington ky store says that she’s seen this happen a lot. Not good quality at all.
