Jonathan Weathers helped me pick out some diamond earrings for my sister as a retirement gift. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. Hello ! I have an ASTOUNDING review for my Erica at the Fayette mall Zales ! Everything she did and said deserved a 10,000,000 star ⭐️ review ! I highly recomend her for ALL your Zales needs ! She was beyond sweet and attentive and listened to all my requests for a dream ring ! She was not concerned with selling the most expensive pieces ! She cared about how I walked out feeling ! My husband and I had recently visited SEVERAL jewelry stores, but we ultimately chose to purchase my ring from this one because of the outstanding customer service we received from Gary and Donna. Gary helped me find the ring I really wanted. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Donna, the store manager, ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish. They even went above and beyond to make sure I had my ring in time for our vacation. We truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!
