Melonie knows what she’s doing when it comes to curls. She got my frizzy mess back to ringlet curls and I’m happy to say my wash n go is back! She will tell you like it is, I had to get a few inches cut because the hair just wasn’t going to be thick and healthy with all those scraggly ends.

Just had my first appointment with Melanie. She was wonderful. She listened to me and she gave me what I asked for. It was so refreshing to be taken care of. I’ve found my new hairdresser for life!

I went to Melanie for my 1 year trim and follow up after she Did my big chop in 2017. Before arriving, she asked me to make sure that my hair was washed, and dried. Once I arrived (be fore my scheduled appointment time) at You've got curls and was in her seat She said " So what all would you like for me to do because we do not have that much time"..... One, How rude is it to talk to your clients that way, when we scheduled the appointment and you knew exactly why i was there (unless you misplaced your appointment book?!) After setting in her chair for less than 15 minutes and JUST getting my ends trimmed. (Which she mentioned that my split ends were very little for waiting a whole year) she charged me $60!! The price was outrageous for 15 minutes and the way she talked to me as a paying client was VERY unprofessional. I actually thought I liked her. In other words, I'm currently looking for a New salon to Trim my Beautiful Natural Mane

I want to take the time to recommend Melanie Day! My experience was nothing short of incredible. I not only walked out with a fabulous new cut, but I also felt respected as a client. She took the time to sit down with me and listen to my hair concerns and goals. She was very kind and educational, walking me through why she was doing various methods. My hair looks even better the day after(which is rare). Thank you Melanie for providing me a positive experience and a nice change. Will definitely be returning
