TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I would give them negative 5 if I could.... I had my 1845C taken in for service. As you can see from the photo this is the breakdown they gave me for the huge amount of hours I was charged for.1. It needed a set of tires, which I sent brand new on the rims to their shop to install. 4 HOURS!!2. It needed a new battery and ends. Why would they spend any time at all on the cage? You don't need to move the cage to get to anything on this machine they needed to work on --10 HOURS!!! To put in a new battery WOW3. It needed shut off solenoid. --7 HOURS!!! I told them it needed it. And again you can get to it from the side of the machine.4. Needed a new waterpump and bearing mount for the fan. Both right there at the back of the machine. -- 8 HOURS!!! For a 2 hour job at any other shop.5. Hose needed replaced at the oil cooler. Wow 1 hose -- 2 HOURS!!!6. Hoses 2 at the bucket replaced. 2 HOURS!!! An hour per hose.. how speedy is that?7. Rod end cylinder hose replaced. -- 2 HOURS!!! For 1 hose replaced... must have been getting towards end of the day and he was TIRED!!!8. Leak at the auxiliary ends. Told them to cap it not repace the valve, good thing it took them ---3 HOURS to cap it.My recommendation, find a different place to do business. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!

Can not begin to say how wonderful these people are!!! Met me as I was getting out of my truck to help me with my purchase. Held the door for me while entering the building and even carried my purchase out to my vehicle!!! Such gentlemen!! Keep up to good work!!
