this is the worst car wash I have ever used I don't recommend it to no one they broke my a antenna off the top of my car and won't replace it

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES - If you buy single wash, you better check your credit card for unauthorized charges! Don't give your card to the guy standing by the card machine, even if its cold outside. I never bought anything but single wash and I noticed small charges on my account and I traced it back 13 months. They used my card to upgrade to their monthly membership. I never signed up for it. I advised them in March, the manager and area director both said they would look into a refund but here were are July. I gave them months to make it right and I would simply chalk it up as a mistake. They ignored me.

Recently joined and their employee with the pole brush or their car wash broke off my rear window wiper off my Mazda cx5. Went right in after it happened and they refused to do anything about it. Claiming it's it the fine print on the contract I signed and posted at the front. Needless to say I canceled my contract on the spot. They didn't even bother to apologize for it. Do not recommend this wash, also noticed it's leave a decent amount of soap and dirt on your midsize SUV. Need to get out and wipe it down yourself

I am tickled to death with this carwash!! It's been so long since there has been any kind of "customer service" in our society that in my opinion, is a cryin' shame! Well, that is until I went to wash my car. I had seen this place just about everyday when I was over in the Hamburg area that I finally went and got signed up on a great monthly package for 14.99+ tax . It was on sale that day and was a significant amount of $ OFF of the advertised reg. Monthly package of this type are usually 19.99 ( that ain't too shabby initself!! )

So easy to get my membership changed today while driving through for a wash! Followed up to let me know it was indeed changed for me when I was drying off my car. Awesome experience, great customer service.

The man at the Meijer location washed all my floor mats for my car. They look brand new and all the winter salt is off. I have used Zips car wash and Whitewater is far superior.
