The mediocrity of some Wells Fargo online service agents is incredible. I call them and ask what I can do to deposit Cash and there is no WF entity where I live and they don't know how to respond or even help me. I have been with WF for 11 years and the truth is that these things are sad

I wanted to deposit money in the bank they told me I couldn't do it, the staff was very rude

Not clear enough. Why cant Wells Fargo show a State map of all the banks in KY, then to ask for a damn zip code??
