The people at this Walmart are much more friendly and helpful than the ones at Nicholasville Road. If you prefer a human check you out, this is the store you want. There are a very few grocery items you cannot find here. I had hoped that requesting the manager begin carrying these common items would have been successful, but months later, still no Great Value brand Lemon Tea or Decaf Peach Tea mixes. Still waiting for tea mixes!

Good luck finding a shopping basket. It’s incredibly annoying whenever you just need to pop in and grab a few things. There are hardly ever shopping baskets available at the entrance, they make you use a large shopping cart instead. If you don’t get a cart when you enter, but later decide you need one, you cannot easily get one. The carts are outside the entrance doors, and you will need to go through the checkout area.

Great! Everything was so neat. Employees were so nice. Product on shelves were aligned and even the frozen foods!

The cashier “Ellie” was ringing us uot and my grandma paid with a hundred dollars but told her to only use 40$ but she used the whole thing and used all my grandma’s money she was saving to buy a medicine but couldn’t because to save that 60 dollars she had to return all the items and then buy it again so we just left horrible employee she’s old I get it but at least pay attention to the customer

After a horrible experience at Walmart Nicholasville rd pharmacy, everyone at saron drive went above and beyond to help me!! And they were courteous and kind!!

Parking lot activity can be sketchy after 10, employees seem nice, usually short lines, bread can be suspect ?

Staff are really rude and boss you around on where to go at checkout. Really iffy about their “anti theft” and overall disrespectful when busy trying to checkout. Just give them a passive aggressive look and go about your shopping.

I stopped by Walmart Saron Dr. to get a roll of clear mail packing tape. They did not have any. I also looked for generic eye drops. They only had the more expensive name brands. Must be a run on these because the other two Walmart stores in Lexington are also currently out of stock.
