I waited over 30 minutes for an employee to come unlock a dashcam off the shelf for me, I started to get aggravated at the time and being over dramatic and then “Carson” came along and brightened my day. A diamond in the rough! He came and used his magic to unlock the door for me to get my dashcam and even gave me a gift card for the amount of time I waited. Thank you Walmart and most importantly, Carson!!

Bad service, I had an appointment at 10 am for change 2 tires, I'm waiting more ahoure
And they'ren't starting yet , so why do we make an appointment?? And the worker was so rude ,I'm in the location now .so so bad service ?

Store is clean. However checkouts are a nighmare if you want to use a cashier lane. Always excuses "understaffed." Won't open a lane when elderly standing in long lines. No excuse for not putting customer FIRST.

I went there to buy a case holder for my Samsung Tablet. I asked the sales associate in the Electronics section for help. She pointed at the wall and stated, "They are over there," and went back to looking at her phone. Then, come to find out, Wal-Mart only has cases for iPads. Now, this may come as a shock to Wal-Mart and other locations, but not everybody on this planet likes Apple products. It would be nice if you also stocked tablet accessories from other companies (i.e. Samsung, Google, Microsoft, etc.)

The worst Walmart experience ever.

Placed an online order for a phone through Walmart website for a pick up order. The website shows that my order will be ready anytime after 6.30pm. Got a text message that my order will be delayed and 20 minutes late got another message saying that my order is unavailable. I got some help from a gentleman at curbside by trying to see what’s going on with my order. He tried but couldn’t help. So, he told me to go inside to talk to people in the store. I went to electronic department. And there it was a phone that I ordered. Sitting right behind the counter. George, the gentleman who’s working there said that a girl went and grabbed the phone and brought it back to him because it wasn’t scan. At that time I got another message from Walmart saying that they could ship the phone to my house! And I am looking at the phone that I ordered and supposed to pick it up 30 minutes ago. They called one of the manager to come over to help but he was helpless. All he said the entire time was I am sorry but I can’t do anything. You can just buy that phone right now and get it right here. I explained to him the reason why I ordered it online because I can get some discount. And I already down few hundred dollars since the system will be holding my money for at least 10 business days! And they want me to spend another hundreds of dollars at the store. And because it was the third party discount he can’t do anything. At this point I spent on hour at the store to listen to people saying that they can’t do anything. Wasted of time and mental health trying to get one thing. No problem solved or what so ever. I would never buy or order anything at the store ever again. And this is answer my question why would I will never ever shop at the store because of untrained employees and all they can do was saying “ I’m sorry” instead of trying to help.
