Good and indifferent..... I encountered many different employees today, and I must say. I'm just "wow".... 1st I had to things to return! As I'm waiting with no one in front of me for the "Customer Service Attendant" who was turned with her back to me, I said excuse to receive the response "I will be with you in a moment, never looking directly at me then proceeded to continue putting labels on a rack.... Then, whenever was able to help me she was unable to locate the item on my receipt which I pointed out to her. 1 item I was given a gift card for and the other 1 was told it would take up to 10 days to receive a refund... I continued on my way to the hygiene products and waited patiently for the customer service person to finish with a prior customer. I was able to get the item I wanted + an additional item(both had to be placed in lockbox type containers.... I navigate throughout the store ended up in the Deli! The nicest, most pleasant person took my order, answered my questions and was very helpful! The 1 thing that stood out was their badge, which stated that they were (in training).... Wow awesome customer service skills 👏 👍 👌! Finally I'm in the Self Checkout line and the 2 items in the security storage were scanned but I still needed them at this point out of the containers.... No one was around to offer assistance, I was able to get the attention of a yellow vested employee leaning on the counter as I reached to this person, they stated "I'm off the clock, you'll need to find someone else!" I did, and asked for their assistance, to which they replied "you'll need them up 1st.... I pointed to the screen and pointed out that they were rung up! Moral of this is everyone's definitely not Customer Service oriented.... Please hire better and place people where their personality will not cost you Customers....

If I could make it 0 I would!! These people have NO CLUE what customer service is!! They have their head up their ass! I was on hold for over an hour & still nobody would pick up the phone! We ordered $80 n food & they didn't send all of the order & was supposed to bring it back & after 3 hours still didn't! Nobody could help me bc it wasn't their job. I got passed off 5 times for nobody to help me!! Absolutely PATHETIC!!

This is known as the “ghetto” Walmart in Lexington for a reason.So many issues. Electronics department closes before the actual store itself closes. If you want to buy certain types of pre paid phones in electronics, only certain employees can sell them to you, and those individuals make their own hours, as I was informed. There are never enough check out lanes open with actual working cashiers, which makes for long lines. You can’t enter the store past 10:45 pm to grab an item, as they close at 11 and don’t want anyone in the store at that time.And WHY on Earth are there always employees in the middle of every damn aisle with huge machines, stocking things every single time I’ve been in there, pushing huge lifts around non stop? There’s no space to move down the aisles, and I constantly have to say “excuse me”. This coupled with idiot shoppers who like to put their cart in the middle of the aisles while they look at things on the shelves, makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience.-Can’t this stocking be done after store closing or before opening? You have to buy your lotions and cosmetics in a separate check out , and God forbid, if you need baby formula or any other item that is locked up, good luck finding the one employee in the entire store that has the golden key. To give one person access to some of the most purchased items in the store,and expect people to stand around waiting for 15 minutes or more with crying babies, is absurd. If the goal here is to turn off people from shopping here, congratulations! I purposely try to avoid this location.

Ok, so Walmart is asking for an update of my review of Walmart. Well, here goes...

Went today with my daughter and she saw an Eevee plushie. Went to buy it and the self checkout got an attendant. The lady walks over, says that's a thanksgiving items, takes it from my daughter, and starts walking away.
When I ask what's going on and if I can buy the item at whatever non discount price she just says no and walks away.
My daughter is obviously distraught and my opinion of Walmart continues to find new lows.
