It is absolutely ridiculous that the pharmacy closes for an hour during normal hours in the day. I understand people need a lunch break but they need a better system. If they don’t have enough personnel to rotate at least the drop off pick up counters, then they need to hire more people. I can understand not having 2 pharmacist to save on cost but techs and counter clerks should be available.
To make matters worse, they hurried and closed the gate when they saw me coming down the aisle towards them. I even hollered out to wait!
I will be switching all my prescriptions to another pharmacy!! The local pharmacy has never done this!

Great sales service, love their product line, plus friendly checkout lady. First visit 04/04/24 and I purchased lots of great merchandise to bring home. Happy repeat customer ?

5 stars for Amal who does an amazing job with customers and is so patient handling all check outs and the printing area while the manager wanders around, not helping and says loudly “they’re just gonna have to wait”

First off. The people that work here are always nice and helpful but seem stressed because there are so many people needing help. Shutting down for lunch break doesn’t work for customers. Closing the second lane during Covid and never re opening doesn’t work for customers. Waiting at least 25 minutes in line for a simple prescription doesn’t work for customers. I’ve used this place for 15 years. It has gone downhill so bad. I will relocate our prescriptions when I get time. Currently sitting in one lane drive through going on 27 minutes. This is typical here. With a line around the building.

Julie the manager went the extra mile to help my 91 year old mother load a picture off her phone to print. It took a lot of patience and kindness. She is a great manager!

Went to Walgreens on Pinkpigeon and the customer service was very very poor. Five people are working in the pharmacy and only one seem to be waiting on customers. I was told you were next, and then they waited on someone else.

The phone service is suck. I am trying to check if my daughter's prescription is ready or not, but the auto machine keeps hanging the line.

The “lead manager” Doug is so rude. He was working in photos, and they messed up our order and overcharged us. Not a big deal, but he didn’t even try to help fix the problem. It was a horrible experience and I’ll will never go back to this store again. This man doesn’t need to be helping with customers at all. How could someone like this be a lead manager? Just be a nice human, it’s not that hard.

The pharmacy employees were hella rude. Waited at the counter for a few minutes for help - no one else was in line - while they carry on a conversation with one another without a care in the world. Then another lady walks up to the other nearby counter and they immediately help her instead of myself that had been clearly standing there first. It’s my first time today visiting Lexington, or even KY for that matter, and i didn’t realize i became invisible once i crossed the state line. I guess Southern hospitality stops at the TN border. Although Walgreens doesn’t care, they lost a transaction today. And after reading other reviews, i realize it isn’t just me.

Pharmacist staff is completely under qualified and rude they respond to legitimate questions with eye rolling and attitude very unprofessional staff had to change pharmacy due to it.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are rude, act like you are bothering them when you have questions, and are so unwilling to help that I called my doctor and asked her to
call my prescriptions in somewhere else. I hadn’t been there in years, and I couldn’t believe how much it has changed. I called on 1/11/23 around 7:00pm and the guy that answered the phone was so nasty. I just had a few questions about a new prescription and he acted like I was annoying him, could not get me off the phone fast enough, and was unwilling to help me with anything on the phone. He said I could just come there. I live out of town and was only using this
Pharmacy because my doctor suggested it due to the price of my new prescription. I usually go to or call CVS pharmacy, and they are super helpful. I would rather pay more for my prescriptions and never have to deal
With Walgreens pharmacy again!

Was trying to have my prescriptions transfer to a competitor. The place where I wanted it to they called and was on hold for 2 hrs. I tried and talk with someone and the same thing on hold for 2 hours. The pharmacy mgr. picked and I told him I wanted it transfer by 600pm that was Tuesday as of last night nothing. I want someone to call me ASAP!!
