Absolutely the rudest pharmacy assistants I’ve ever spoken to … I’ve never had an issue with a prescription itself but the people there must really hate their jobs because there is not an ounce of customer service or even basic politeness to be seen. No asking if you have any questions for the pharmacist, no have a nice day, and when they set their handset down to go get your prescription for some reason they don’t mute themselves and all you hear is them complaining about customers. It feels like you’re getting punkd.

ZERO for review. Never come here. Im only here to pick up for elderly. The rudeness and incompetence on multiple occasions is astounding. Go 1 mile up Richmond Rd to other Walgreens. So much more professional.

I did not want to give one star but it makes you. I only use this location when I absolutely have to and my husband also. Today he called for a refill and one of the techs spoke to him so rudely. Pimlico parkway is main location and thank goodness because those people at Richmond road need a lesson in friendliness or at least not being rude.

Pharmacy staff is disgustingly rude and will double charge you for a prescription if they do a partial fill the first day and finish filling it when truck comes in.Pharmacy management is a joke. They’re just as rude as the rest of them. Savannah was nice enough, but I don’t have high hopes that any of them will see any kind of repercussions for the way they treat people.

This location is the worst Walgreens store I have ever visited. I have been to a dozen or more. I've had my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens for five years and it has gotten worse each year. Many of the pharmacy staff are rude and have the attitude "they are doing you a favor". The drive-up window is a joke. More times than not I get out of the queue and go inside because of a long line or wait or both.I am in the process of changing pharmacies. Walgreens is on the way down as a company. The new CEO has his hands full.

When I stop here I’m usually only picking up 1-2 items, but I’ve noticed that the price at the register is frequently higher than marked on the shelf - today 25% higher. Not worth the trouble to get it changed but also too many other options to go back to this store.

I use walgreens for all my pharmacy needs. The pharmacist on staff is very knowledgeable. Sometimes, the wait is a little long when they are busy. I see this as a positive since they always take the time to talk and make sure you are satisfied. The store as a whole is pricy, but that is to be expected.

Honestly worst Walgreens ever. People who work there are rude and never do their jobs. I’ve placed pickup orders and the total for my order magically doubles and they can’t do anything about it. I had a $30 pickup order and the total “updated” to $60. Would never come here

My mother just went to the pharmacy to try to get her seizure medicine, and the guy there was very rude. Why does it matter how much her medicine costs? Yelling at your customers, telling them they've done something wrong, and that they can't get away with this is not how you do business. You're not going to get anywhere by treating your customers like they're drug addicts. There are many other options. We have no reason to go here. 0/10 stars
