The cashier in front was really rude to another worker who was stocking, it made me uncomfortable due to comments and frustration towards another employee as I was checking out, this should be dealt with behind closed doors not on the sales floor while you have someone at your register checking out.

My wife stopped by to get Gatorade but they were out of stock so she chose bottled water. The cashier checked her out and crumpled up her coupon and threw it away without asking whether or not she wanted it. It was a coupon for Gatorade which she often buys for the electrolytes.
She was shocked and disappointed but was not going to demand the cashier to suffer the indignity to dig through the garbage to fish out her coupon.
Might not seem like a big deal but it speaks on many levels to a lack of professionalism, consideration and basic courtesy.

I'm a pharmacist who worked for Walgreens for 8 years, so I know the wait times aren't the staff's fault, usually. Walgreens, like every other corporation, doesn't give you enough help. So, how is the pharmacy staff that they do employ? They're pretty good. 4 out of 5 stars.

Good selection and availability of products. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Great experience shopping in store and picking up online photo order.

Day after day, week after week, month after month, the shelves are very bare. Worst Walgreens ever. However, the staff is always understanding, and nice. It has been this way ever since the buyout of Rite-Aid. Just tried to contact Walgreens on their websites customer feedback area. Of course it didn’t function properly. Guess they don’t care and/or don’t want to know.

Horrible experience. No one came to drive thru window but addressed me and I couldn’t see them. Told me to return in 20 mins to get medicine. Arrived back at 12:55. After pulling up someone closed the shade for their 1-1:30 lunch break. Returned after the lunch break to be told I’d have to travel across town to pick up the third medicine but they’d call ahead and it would be ready. No it wasn’t. The across town pharmacy had no clue as to the prescription and had to get it ready as I waited.

I was the 8th person in like, waiting to check out. One cashier was working & there was a girl just sitting down in the photo department, looking at her phone. She wasn't about to help anyone. When I said something, she rolled her eyes & continued looking at her phone. I've been looking at moving my prescriptions from Kroger to somewhere more convenient. Walgreens is definitely not getting my business.

Jessica at the drive thru pharmacy is extremely rude and nasty, the worst customer service I have ever experienced any where. I went to pick up a prescription that was called in 2 days ago and was told it was not ready and I would have to wait 15 mins. I don’t have 15 mins as I’m on my way to work. When I tried to talk with her she slams the phone down and walks away. This isn’t the first time I have had rude customer service from Jessica at this pharmacy. Also, she would not honor the Good RX coupon price for the prescription. This is also the 2nd time they would not honor the Good RX price at this location. I will not be shopping here again, I’ll take my business to a competitor with excellent customer service. I’ve been a Store Manager for over 20 years and this experience at Walgreens Pharmacy is totally unacceptable.

Called in prescription was told at the first walgreens we don’t have it so go somewhere else. I ask does another Walgreens have the meds he said I don’t know. I asked he he could check. Was on hold 5-10min he said yeah but he to have dr call it into this location. That location told me it be ready in a hour. Hour later pharmacist said I would have to pick it up tomorrow but it would be ready first thing I. The morning. So I come at lunch at 12:45pm. Pull up and they tell me to come back later that it’s not ready. I really not sure what the problem is but obviously customer service is not on the radar here. I would never recommend them to anyone. This is not how you treat people.
