PREJUDICE AGAINST MAT/RECOVERY PATIENTS.
I recently switched Walgreens due to moving, the pharmacist gives a ridiculously hard time to renew suboxene. They wouldn’t do it so I switched to CVS. So nice and incredibly easy process. So sad about Walgreens. I recommended them for years. Will never go back due to this pharmacist.

So. If you pick up your prescription here, expect to wait.... Not because there is a line but because apparently there are many glitches in their insurance system.... Everyone is getting turned away from their medications here. While waiting in line at least 5 people have been turned away because the medication they needed was not ready yet because their insurance was put in incorrectly. This place is not efficient and is not pleasant. Customer service is poor as well.

Going to this Walgreens for 11 years. I always have good experienced. Some days are not perfect but a customer we need to be considerate because sometimes the place gets overwhelmed especially those busy days. But overall very convenient and accessible place to shop and pick medicine. Staff's are nice and friendly.Thank you !

This pharmacy sucks! The people working in the pharmacy are so rude, disrespectful, impatient and they don't like answering patient questions. They're slow when waiting on people in the drive-thru, they're understaffed and you can hardly get someone to come to the phone. They need new management (and more employees). Train them to be more polite.

When checking out today, this random work tried to take my coupons and luckily the manager stepped in and gave it back. Do not go to this walgreens it’s horrible.

Hey, Walgreens Pharmacy, if you aren't welcoming walk-in appointments, maybe take down the FOUR signs that say "Walk Ins Welcome!" in print between the front door and pharmacy counter.You might even consider putting a big sign on the front door that says something like "Unfortunately we are no longer accepting walk ins" since, you know, you've been advertising you do...

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I was not given a receipt for my transaction upon purchase & did not realize until I went in to return the item 2 days later. I pulled up my bank account showing the purchase for the exact amount, date, & even offered to call my bank to get the exact time stamp. I also had the same exact debit card used for the purchase. They refused to refund my money. It’s very frustrating that an employee did not give me a receipt, but yet I’m having to pay for their mistake. If cameras were pulled, they would clearly see that no receipt was given upon purchase. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The worst customer service EVER! If it wasn't for the Store Manager, Brandy, my mom and I would've never been served. Dipen clearly only wanted to check people out and Tim just don't like my kind period! Brandy! Thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL customer service, you are truly appreciated!

It's very simple....if someone's prescription isn't ready then they need to drive around the building again to the drive thru or go in. Not let someone sit I'm the drive thru for 20-25 mins!! Common sense people! Also I shouldn't have to call and ask for prescriptions to be filled when they are sent over. Of course they need to be filled. Walgreens on New Circle road has gone down hill since Jason left!

I purposely avoid this location for the extremely rude and unprofessional employees though its in walking distance. One of which now works in the pharmacy. ( rude, unprofessional, uncompassionate, lazy, weak social skills) I was waiting for my presciption, with extreme pain, while I listened to her demean an elderly woman asking about her prescription which they could not fill. The woman asked what other Walgreens she could get her much needed meds filled while the employee repeated, "I dont know, I cant help you, call them." She could have easily called another location and shown some empathy ( she used to work as a cashier, whoever promoted her into this new position is a clown.) The older staff is the obvious problem. The new staff that was hired when you all advertised, "new management," were great. I cannot see any quality people working under such rude, disorganized leadership. ( they know their worth and probably embarassed) When asking about wrong tagged products, paying for your products, using points, coupons, picking up an online order, ordering at the pharmacy, its an absolute disaster. There are new, great and hard working employees who have been hired recently but I believe this is a reflection of really poor and incompetent higher level employees/ management who need to go. Save this store, read the reviews and get rid of the 'problems' that plague you.

The drive-thru is almost always broke You have to come in to a long line of sick people waiting to get their prescriptions, took over 30 minutes for me to pick up my prescription at 2:30 in the day looks like we're going to have to change pharmacies....

I came in to pick up several items. Asked for Casadores tequila for a gift was met with an eye roll. Got home with Jose Cuervo. Too late to exchange for the correct item. Also rarely is a customer service representative at the front of the store and no assistance with locating items we need. Phone assistance takes over a half hour just to reach the pharmacy. We certainly miss our customer service at Rite Aid. No help with my vitamins. Told me that the 2 for one deal was not available for an item that only one available.
