The people are very nice. But general customer service is getting really bad. Called, prompt kept telling me, one caller ahead of you. One hour 47 minutes waiting, by my phone timmer, just hung up, just transfered my prescriptions to Krogers. Have had enough.

Missy and Julie are professional, polite and show compassion! Today, Missy personally called me to discuss some confusion on my part regarding my prescriptions. WHO personally calls a customer to rectify a situation these days! Missy was able to figure out the problem, as usual.Additionally, Julie takes such good care of me and is so pleasant, when assisting me in the store.Thanks Walgreens!

I would give this place less stars if I could. I sat on hold for 34 minutes to be answered by a compatible pharmacy tech. I had my prescription sent to this location by mistake and when I tried to have it corrected, I could hear another woman yelling about "stupid people like (me)" in the background. I also heard the woman tell the person on the phone with me to "just tell her to take it up with the other store and hang up". And that is precisely what they did. I understand this is a high stress environment, but I only spoke kindly to them and I do not understand why they chose to take out their anger on me. Completely unprofessional.

This store has historically been consistently rude and horrible customer service, back when it was a Rite Aid. Tried to simply buy a 6 pack of beer and was harassed by the clerk?! I am well over the age limit. Claimed I was trying to supply minors? I was by myself and can reassure those reading, it was for my own consumption. Rude rude and rude. And they have rats, I saw one in the restroom.

Contrary to the other reviews here, I've had no issues with this pharmacy thus far. It's possible I've just been an exception. A couple of inconveniences here and there, but nothing outrageous or that wasn't understandable. I've picked up numerous prescriptions here and even got my second COVID vaccine.

Beyond terrible pharmacy and pharmacist. Mostly the main lady. Always bold faced lying to patients. Delaying refills for days sometimes. Meaning I've went without MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION FOR DAYS ON END. Due to it being scheduled it's very difficult to have those moved to another location. Lately they've been so bad, they've been temporarily closed for days because none of the employees want to work there. There only needs to be 2 employees at a time and they can't even make 2 employees come at a time. Terrible ratings and reviews. Worst part is that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is ever done about any of it. Highly do not recommend!!

One of the worst Walgreens in the district. They refused to fill a prescription they received 20 minutes before closing. They lied to my face about their medication in stock. They gave me a 40 minute wait to pick up my medication. It's disgusting how bad the service is here.

I really didn't want to give thisPharmacy one star,this has to be the worst Pharmacy in Lexington by far, they can't get a prescription ready on time, they are a joke!!!When you go to this Pharmacy you better take your lunch or dinner, because you are going to be there a while!!

I can see why they have 2 and a 1/2 stars.I had a scheduled vaccine appointment Which I thought would make things easier and quicker and waited 45 minutes With no communication as to when I was going to be seen.. and had to leave to go back to work

Racist employees, and the slowest service ever. I believe it was intentional. Because they skipped over others for 30 min when my prescription was ready and out to the side. Just horrible

Last week I made an appointment for a flu shot. Came in 5 minutes before, loads of people around me as walk ins. I waited 45 minutes while they took in walk ins all around me. Very frustrating. Still, I needed to get my COVID booster this week and this location is the most convenient for me, so I thought I’d give them a second chance. Hugely regret it. I’m writing this review from the waiting area, where they’ve left me waiting an hour and counting this time! Who knows when they’ll finally get me back for the 2 seconds it takes them to give me the shot….
