The rudest pharmacy assistant I've ever came in contact with. I walk up to the counter and say hello I'm here for a prescription and then she looks at me frowns really big and then furrows her eyebrows at me and then proceeds to talk down to me in a condescending tone. She then told me that my insurance wasn't on file and told me to bring my medical cards so I did and they were expired but the number on the account stays the same. I have been to Walgreens before and know that this is on the account. She loudly exclaims to the whole store THEY'RE EXPIRED and then keeps giving me the stink eye while putting my info in. She then calls over the head of the pharmacy and with him not even a minute got it completed and it turns out that she was putting in the wrong insurance for my account so that I had to go back home. She then laughed about it as if she didn't want trying to make my life harder. This whole interaction started with me saying hello I'm here to pick up a prescription. I have a mental disability and she 100% discriminated against me for this. I can see a bunch of reviews talking about the same exact person. I have no idea as to why someone that is meant to help people will actively try and avoid that and to be rude with no reason. People are picking up medications for many things including mental health issues and with somebody knowing this they can not act in the manner that they are. This is clearly see is a pattern. Get better employee.

The absolute rudest pharmacy assistants! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I understand back ordered and out of stock prescriptions. But, to tell me I should consider myself lucky I received my prescription before and not to call again for a month when my prescription is due in a week? Then tell me they haven’t had any of my med for over a month when they filled it 3 weeks ago? Unbelievable! Too many other pharmacies to be treated so poorly!

Horrible customer service at their pharmacy. You call, wait on hold, only to find out that they can't give you the correct information on the medications that are currently there. Then they interrupt you when speaking.

So disappointed in your employees and how they treat your customers. To the young lady working Saturday when my grandmother fell, shame on you. My grandmothers arm got cut down to the bone almost, and you were irritated that she fell because of the shelves not properly placed, which caused her to trip? You need to be fired.

Absolute disgrace! How is it that a 74 year old woman falls by tripping over one of the shelves sticking out and your negligent employee gets irritated that she fell and cant even ask if she is okay? Like what a pos person. To the young woman working that day, I hope that never happens to your grandmother, and someone treats her as if she is nothing.

Worst experience. I would not recommend filling any prescription at this location. Kathy was very racist, if that’s even her name. Caucasian mid age woman with glass.Her words “Your prescription bottle is in the trash”

It's a run of the mill Walgreens but I think the young girl working at the pharmacy with the glasses needs additional training or at least to experience more of the world I'm visiting family from out of state and needed to pick up a prescription -- I have very good insurance but it's not at all recognized in Kentucky, since Kentucky is small and just not an important market. No matter what I said she just kept acting like I was lying and didn't have insurance (I'm black ) Finally she lets me pay after giving a monologue about coupons (the order was literally less than thirty dollars. Is that alot of money here?) she immediately says "maybe you need to run it as credit" when I took out my debit card and accidentally put in the wrong pin. This has happened to me several times before but considering most people out earn an average pharmacy tech, especially in Kentucky, I find it a little odd she was be so condescending during a simple and routine transactions

I love Walgreens and have always had excellent customer service up until last night. I went to pick up a photo and the lady behind the counter was beyond rude. She was rude to the man in front of me and barked at him when he asked for his photo order saying don't come over here when he tried to walk over the the photo area. Then it was my turn and she treated me in the same shabby way. She claimed she couldn't find my order. I kept having to argue with her that I knew it was there. She also forbade me to walk over to the photo area. When she rang me up and told me what I owed her and then told me again when I didn't get the money out quick enough for her. I have worked in customer service and I know it is hard but she was rude beyond the pale. I don't want anyone to lose their job but she needs a definate reprimand. I have never been treated so rudely by a clerk.

I received excellent service in the pharmacy. The personnel in the store are polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for in the store.

I recently went with my friend to do a curbside pickup with her and all of the items were not available which this is not the reason im giving this place a 1star. The reason for a 1 star is, because the gentleman who came to deliver responded to my question in a very sarcastic way. My question that i had asked was do you guys have it in stock in the store differently than online? The reason for that question , because sometimes I look for things online and they read that they are in stock, but when I get to the store I’m told that the stock in-store and online stocks are two different departments and so that’s why I asked politely the question that I asked and he came out with if we would of had it we would’ve sold it to her right! Then i tried to explain to him what i meant and he just walked away while i was talking.

The night time lady is rude and obviously needs to learn little customer service. I had to use bathroom so bad but she said closed for the night told me to pee behind the dumpster. How rude. I shop here often not anymore.

I came for passport photo for my passport renewal but because of Background mistake my application was denied. When I came back and explain everything, the employee was not ready to listen and tried to avoid me. And I was keep explaining that it’s not about your mistake or something but since it’s rejected I absolutely need another one and I can show you the email I received for the reason of rejection. I’m ready to pay again for another one because my application is more important then photo cost but still they been rude and tried to avoid service.??????????????
