I would give it zero stars but don't think it would allow me. Sat on hold for an hour. Go somewhere else save you energy all they'll do is drive up your blood pressure!

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. The most INCOMPETENT staff in Lexington. Constantly understaffed, rude, unprofessional, unwilling to apologize for mistakes made. Consistently understaffed, always long waits for both prescriptions and vaccinations. However, the staff is consistently pleasant and helpful, they're just terrifically overworked.
