Warning for MAT patients!!!!
I have used Walgreens Pharmacy for years with no issues. Til this week when the Pharmacist (who I believe is new to this particular pharmacy) refused to fill my MAT rx. Giving me a list of excuses. First claiming it had to do with the Kasper file, then I called KASPER they said any issues the Pharmacist should call THEM. Then She claimed it was the DEA and if she filled my RX She would be flagged.
I spent 2 days making calls trying to figure it out, then when I switched to CVS they filled my RX no problem, no issues with insurance or ANYTHING.
This specific Walgreens/Pharmacist may be prejudice against MAT patients or ppl w SUD. Avoid if possible or proceed with caution.
Depriving ppl of their life-saving medication & leaving them to suffer is inhuman this person should NOT be a pharmacist if they cannot fill a RX.

Nobody works here. The pharmacy hours are not consistent. There is a line that doesn't move if you want to pick up a prescription. It will probably close because they cant sell anything because no one actually works here. The pharmacists do not acknowledge that you are here. They don't answer the phone. They don't have any staff. This place doesn't have a staff.

I love this place and the people. People complaining about drive thru. Maybe get out and go into the pharmacy if you are able. Remember your not going thru a McDonald's drive thru it's a Pharmacy drive thru!!

I want to give a major shout out to Laura who works at this store. My order was a difficult one because my mom is so picky about her pull-ups. I bought a large and needed an extra large and Laura made everything easy and hassle free and I ended up getting a much better deal and walked out paying only .61cents extra for what I ended up getting which is an amazing deal. Thanks Laura for your kind considerate help and understanding. I hope you have a wonderful night and a fabulous weekend.

What is the purpose of having a drive thru if u dont allow people to use it i was alot of pain and had to walk in to get a prescription of motrin it’s absolutely ridiculous and pure laziness on walgreens end provide the service you advertise

Find another pharmacy!!!! This one can't even open the drive thru! But that's not the worst!! They have been refilling the wrong prescription for me for 2 f#***ing months!! Tried to call and of course!!!!!! No answer. The fing worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be there tomorrow

Walgreens use to be 5 stars and fast service through the drive thru but since Jason has left this location things have slowed waaaaay down and you can expect to sit in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. Word of advice to the staff- If a customer at the drive thru is no dropping off or picking up an order that's already filled and ready tell the customer that they need to come in or come back when the matter is resolved.
