I’ve been going to Mickey for years. After a recent hair color by him that was terribly wrong, he didn’t have the decency to correct it. After several attempts to call and text him to get in for him to correct it, I was repeatedly ignored. I was preparing for a special event, I made an online appt for the following day. My appt was 11:00. He showed up at 1:45. His assistant started applying color around noon when she couldn’t reach him. When he did show up, he didn’t even have the decency to address me or acknowledge me. He began with his other client who had also been waiting for over an hour. When I attempted to address him and show him the pictures, he abruptly grabbed my phone, turned it over in my hand and said he would not look at the pictures. He then said he would not do anything more for me. I had to go somewhere else to have this disaster fixed. I will never go back to him nor refer him to anyone. I’m shocked that he is still in business with his poor customer service

I the beginning of the month of May I got my hair done with highlights and I have not a lot of grays but there noticeable. I explained to my hair stylist that I want to cover my grays with highlights and there was no prob but when I left the salon I noticed the grays and I called back to reschedule. The lady on the phone said it would be no charge so since I just spent $200 with buying product on my hair....so I left work 15 min early to make it to my appointment at 5 and come to find out o was told I have to pay to redo my hair. I would have to color my roots then re highlight??? How come I wasn't told from the beginning that I had to do that. So long story short I left the salon nothing done to my hair so upset because I'm not going to pay another $150 again in the same month! My stylist did a great job doing the highlights I just thought I would have had better customer service! -Diane Rayyan

I absolutely love Voce! Mickey is amazing! When I came to him a few years ago my hair was damaged with years of highlighting and coloring throughout high school and early college. Mickey uses a special way to highlight your hair so it doesn't damage it. No more foils! My hair is so much stronger now, and has grown around 8 inches since I started coming to Mickey. Coloring is perfect. Voce is extremely clean, and everyone who works there is so nice! This is by far the nicest and most professional salon in Kentucky. I would never go anywhere else!

Front staff is getting better. Talented stylists are leaving. I've been going there for 7 years and the stylists I like always leave. Had the first haircut ever in my life that made me cry. So bad she didn't charge me. I know it's an honest mistake & she was truly sorry, but it shouldn't happen.

I got my hair trimmed and colored by Nate, and I was more than pleased!! He did an AMAZING job, super fast, super friendly, and the shop is clean and professional. All staff at the front desk was super sweet as well. Would tell anybody to come here for hair care services!!
