I had a wonderful experience with my rep! He went through the many plans to make sure I got the one that fit best for me. He also talked in depth about the two phones I was interested in and was great at giving his personal feedback that truly helped me pick what would work best for me. My husband surprised me with a new phone today and had nothing but great things to say about the sales rep who helped him. Between purchasing new devices, changing numbers, and even getting our bill to a much lower and more manageable price — they made the entire process easy and smooth. He said the rep was thorough and knowledgeable and made what can often be a tedious task a really simple process overall. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend this location to anyone looking to join Verizon or just make changes and updates to their current Verizon plan!

He was the best sales person I’ve ever met in my entire life. Wee came in to ask about upgraded and getting the iPads. The deals great and service was excellent! Answered all questions. Overall top notch.

My company got me a new phone, so I came to the Richmond road store for the transfer as I was having trouble. Sales representative was very knowledgeable, very kind, and extremely helpful. Took no longer than fifteen minutes and I was on my way! I appreciate the assistance and whenever there’s another issue I’ll gladly be back.

I stopped in to fix our screen protectors and they were really nice. They are always willing to help us. I love coming to this location. It has been a very pleasant experience coming here in the years that I have and all of my needs have been sufficiently met.

I came in to upgrade my very old iPhone to the the newest version. James got me a better trade-in value than the Hamburg Verizon wireless store and since my wireless plan was so old, I’m probably the only customer in a long time at any wireless store who has walked out with a better AND cheaper plan than I did walking in.The store was clean, customer service was exceptional (thank you James and team), and I came out happy. Other customers in the store seemed to be happy with their experience as well.

I went to Verizon off Richmond Road in Lexington, KY today with the intentions on purchasing an Apple Watch for use while I am working or in class. I am SO happy i switched from ATT and came to Verizon this year. The customer service representatives were absolutely amazing at the desk and did everything they could for me to be able to get my watch. I will definitely come back for accessories and more. Thank you two so much for making this the best day ever.

I just wanted to say what I great experience I had in your store today. The young man who helped me was so very polite and sweet. I came in for a question about the connecting my watch and my phone, and I was embarrassed about not being able to do this myself and they didn’t make me feel stupid at all hahaha. They were so polite and sweet, and they even informed me about a teacher discount and helped me apply it to save $25 on my bill!

I came in to find out what trade-in promotions were available. The sales representative was extremely helpful. He helped me find great trade-in discounts to get two new phones and a watch and our bill still dropped quite a bit!
