The store is one of the friendliest location
Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. We came in to discuss a bill adjustment and we received a great deal of help and explanations. I also had a screen protector installed and was given ultimate assistance. The experience was wonderful.

Jay was exceptional! He took his time and was efficient. Answered all of our questions. Assisted us in any way he could. Most importantly, he was so patient and kind with our two kiddos which always means the world. Would recommend to everyone!!

Let me start by saying if you need Verizon phone service this is the best place to go. We have 30 phones in our business account so we need a service provider that can take care of us promptly, this store has never let us down. The other day I was in there and needed my phone back immediately And they were pretty busy but Jake while taking care of another customer asked me what I needed and I explained it to him. He said I would be glad to assist you while I’m on hold for the other client. He started taking care of my needs along with her needs as well as other employees were coming to him for advice. He was able to multitask and take care of his clients. I could tell when he was on the phone with corporate for the other client he was assisting before me that he really cared and was really going to battle for his client against Verizon corporate on the phone. It’s nice to know that there’s somebody that cares about you when you need service and Jake was very professional and impressive at his job.

I have an older phone, and it seems to have gotten a bad virus. After fooling with it for a while if had enough, came into the Verizon store and the representative made quick work of my problem. I'm very thankful that he was able to fix this headache!

I had an old iPhone 8plus that was in shambles. Came in to get a new one and ended up getting a FREE PINK one! Great service and great customer service provided by the gentlemen up front.

I came in because my phone wasn't work properly and my message app was driving me crazy! The Verizon representative that I worked with was a saint! I enjoyed talking with him and also getting my phone fixed back to the way it was. Very good experience.
