Phone wouldn’t power on after having it plugged in all night took it to the Verizon wireless on Richmond road the Verizon wireless sales representative was able to do a soft reset on the phone to get it powered back on and working.

Had issues of the phone having just a white screen the Verizon sales rep was able to reset my settings and that help me get back in my phone, with out trying to get rid of the white screen

Stop in Verizon on Richmond road to check on my account the Verizon sales representative was able to go through my account, letting me know what I had and what offers I have. I was able to get a new Samsung s24 ultral with a good deal my bill was staying the same.

Had problems with my old tablet not charging got a replacement from insurance company the Verizon wireless sales representative was able to reset my Gmail password so i was able to get all my information and apps moved over to new tablet.

I had a wonderful experience with my rep! He went through the many plans to make sure I got the one that fit best for me. He also talked in depth about the two phones I was interested in and was great at giving his personal feedback that truly helped me pick what would work best for me. My husband surprised me with a new phone today and had nothing but great things to say about the sales rep who helped him. Between purchasing new devices, changing numbers, and even getting our bill to a much lower and more manageable price — they made the entire process easy and smooth. He said the rep was thorough and knowledgeable and made what can often be a tedious task a really simple process overall.
