Had some issues with phone took to Verizon and the Verizon sales representative help me get my phone cleaned up and adware taken off good customer service also help reset network.

Gionni Hunt helped me today with Henry providing helpful information throughout my visit today.
I was incredibly frustrated from a transaction I had when I had to go out of state to TX and that gal was useless.
I needed to go in for a few things with canceling an extra line, issues with my phone, etc and both Gionni and Henry were super nice and helpful throughout the time that I was there. Super appreciate their help with the frustrating issues I had! Great guys and customer service! Special thanks to Gionni!
I've had previous visits at this store and always had great interactions with the sales associates. Always helpful.

This is just an authorized retailer, not a corporate store. If you want to buy a phone right or fix your account, just go to the Verizon Corporate Store by Courtesy Acura. They can actually help you. Cellular sales will just create issues.

Had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was actually pretty fun. Not the first phone I've bought here and certainly won't be the last.

I got a new phone which had to be activated and setup. Most important, all the data from my old phone needed to be transferred to the nev phone. Dustin was terrific. He completed the process and gave me a mini tutorial on the new phone. If you're in need of a Verizon store, I recommend this one. Be sure to ask for Dustin. 126

The Verizon Rep who helped my partner and I upgrade our phones was beyond helpful. He was extremely patient, considerate, funny, and friendly. He took the time to walk through the deals, the details of our account, and more. He also helped us get an Apple Watch! I was very thankful for his assistance - 10/10 couldn’t have been better!

As far as cell phone activations go, I know some can go very off the wall. Fortunately for myself and my friends, it was the easiest double line upgrade I’ve sat through. Our Verizon rep explained every detail famously and even included the deals, promotions, and plan details. Only one of my friends was going to upgrade their phone but instead both of them upgraded their devices AND upgraded all 3 of their lines to better lines, as well as getting a cellular Apple Watch. I’d hire him.

I came in for excessive notifications on my phone that I didn't know how it got there. The representative showed me how they got there and how to remove them. I'm very happy now, it was making me so angry.

I was in town for a church conference and was having problems with my phone so i gave you’re store a call and one of your representatives really did an amazing job answering my questions and getting me back on track with my phone! Its good too see that there are people out there who still care too help people!
