Had some issues with phone took to Verizon and the Verizon sales representative help me get my phone cleaned up and adware taken off good customer service also help reset network.

Had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was actually pretty fun. Not the first phone I've bought here and certainly won't be the last.

I got a new phone which had to be activated and setup. Most important, all the data from my old phone needed to be transferred to the nev phone. Dustin was terrific. He completed the process and gave me a mini tutorial on the new phone. If you're in need of a Verizon store, I recommend this one. Be sure to ask for Dustin.... read full comment
