I went all over town trying to get my old Gmail account from my old broken phone to come on my new phone. The representative kept trying and finally was able to use a mouse with an adapter to get it working again. Very happy with service. Even the repair shop tried several times and couldn't get it to work.

I stopped in yesterday with some questions about my bill, and had the pleasure of meeting one of the most knowledgeable representatives I’ve came across in this business. Not only was he able to answer all of my questions, he was able to explain every detail and show what customer service truly is. This representative should be THE standard in all locations.

Had issues with auto pay went to Verizon on Harrodsburg road the Verizon sales representative was able to put the auto payment back on with checking account to get discount and plus credit for last bill

I stopped in earlier today for some help activating my number on a replacement phone I got through insurance. When I walked in the two men there were very polite and helped me as soon as I sat down. When we were waiting on everything to load on their end, we laughed and cracked jokes. It is a very friendly environment and good customer service.

Had some issues of phone freezing and wouldnt go to home screen the sales rep was able to get phone unfroze and back to home screen ,phone is working ok now.

I came to Verizon today to get a new phone because my old one was hacked, the representative in store cleaned all the crap off my phone and fixed my problem thank you so much!

I had such an amazing experience here!!! I went in with a messed up screen and Andrew new exactly what to do!! He was very kind and helpful I was in and out within 3 minutes. My phone was fixed and is working so well!! The customer service was amazing, and overall it was a great experience!

I came in wanting to get a new case at the Verizon, they showed me that my battery was about to catch on fire and were very great with answering my questions. The representative was wonderful and he is the only reason I am staying with Verizon, thank you!

They don’t have 5g even in Lexington. They tell you they are working on the toweee but don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. Don’t get Verizon if you live in Kentucky

Old Samsung s7 phone died Verizon had a good promotion for the new Samsung s25 the sales rep was able to get most of my information restored on my new phone. Moved my contacts and pictures.

Just wanted to say that I’m very pleased with the new phone I received a couple days ago. The customer service was exceptional. Andrew the Verizon Representative streamlined the process of porting my phone number over from another carrier, plus he helped me switch from a Samsung device to An Apple iPhone. Thank you very much
