The Verizon sales representative that helped me today was simply amazing! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and guided me in the right direction on what I was wanting and needing. I am thankful He was working in the store that I shopped at today.

I came in to the Harrodsburg Road store today with a glitch in my phone. The Verizon sales representative helped me get that problem fixed. He then switched my side button to the power off menu instead of the assistant options.

Had an issue with my SIM card for a week or two, to the point where I had no service. Took my phone in and had it looked at for maybe 1 minute got a new SIM card which fixed the issue! Was very fast and easy to do. Whole process was maybe 5 minutes.

I came in to the store to check on possibly upgrading or changing my phone to an iPhone 15 pro max. The sales representative wrote out a quote and walked me through all my options. He did find a way to save me $4 every month just by checking on how I use my service.

I was having an issue with a Verizon hotspot pre-paid device I couldn't resolve on the phone. I drug myself to the Verizon store thinking it was going to be drudgery. However, Tyler H. fixed the issue immediately! He was friendly, helpful and I swear to Cher the epitome of customer service from way back. Now I'm thinking of switching to Verizon from 23 years at AT&T just because of him. Give that man a raise!

I've been dealing with an ongoing Verizon issue for almost 3 months now, and I'm very happy to say that Tyler was able to take care of the problem and also advise me on another issue I was having, I was very thankful for his 8 years of service with the Verizon store! He was professional and very courteous! Very thankful for Tyler today!

Had problems with phone not reading the SIM the Verizon wireless sales representative was able to activate a new SIM card. Phone is calling and receiving calls now

Had problems with the phone going into talk back the Verizon wireless sales representative did a good job turning the feature off. Good customer service at the Verizon on Harrisburg Rd.

Had trouble seeing who was calling me phone call was not showing up on my phone the Verizon wireless representative was able to get my caller ID working again, now I'm able to see my calls

Great customer service and atmosphere! My husband and I went here based off of the reviews and it did not disappoint. James Clark was our sales person and he was so wonderful! Very kind and helpful even when my husbands phone didn't want to cooperate. The only Verizon store we will be going to from now on.
