I was next in line to get my oil changed. Something happened, so I had to switch from the left line to the right one. It added about 30 minutes to my wait. Then they finally change my oil. Then after all of that the manager says they are missing a socket to change the oil filter. So they were unable to change my oil filter. Meaning I have to go back and do the same thing again in a week. If they would have just communicated what was happening, it would have been okay. But they waited until the very end to explain anything. I would recommend going to the other Richmond Rd location. I will NEVER go to this one again.

Had a new battery installed. They didn’t plug the memory saver up or spray my terminals with terminal protector. Oh and my favorite is when both terminals came right off because of how loose they were.

The Valvoline Crew at The Richmond Road location is by far the Best Oiled Customer car care machine in Lexington KY! Fast in fast Out. Definitely recommend this Shop for your next Oil change or Mileage Service! ???
