They never answer their phones. Every time I have called the call disconnects and I can never get any help. I've had packages go missing and I contact them and nothing. The website is useless because all it says is package was delivered.

Only post office I will go to. Employees are always so lovely and actually provide the services where other post offices make up excuses that they cannot.

We definitely are not happy with our postman. I even put up a note for all deliveries to be put up by the house on our porch because things were getting wet. I saw him read my request (ring doorbell) then throw my package hard on the porch where it can be seen and it got wet. If he can he stuffs everything in our mailbox (group mailbox) where it is nearly impossible to get anything out. If he can’t do that he just tosses everything. We’ve lived here 38 years and have never had any issues and definitely not someone who seems to just resent his job. I have saved videos and would be happy to send them.

Every single time I come in this post office with more than 5 PRE LABELED PACKAGES, the old guy with grey hair has something to say. All he does is complain about his job.

This is the best post office I've been in by far from three states. The employees are friendly informative and very helpful. I was nervous about mailing my money order for the first time to the IRS and the man told me it wouldn't be any worry that I could put tracking and delivery confirmation and it would get there within 10 days. Very helpful very friendly

If you have a package containing hazardous materials such as a lithium battery you must first obtain a sticker or print a label to attach to your package The problem with this is you have to leave the facility and go get one yourself, they don't have them there that's is ridiculous. Even if you have a printer this turns into a 5 hour ordeal.

Love coming to this post office! Staff is so friendly and recognizes me every time I come in. Only downfall is that it stays pretty busy and lines are long but the staff does all they can! Especially like the convenience of the Box Stop being next door.

my experience with this location has been awful. i’ve been going once a week for the past two months because we’ve not gotten any mail since we’ve moved. we’ve done absolutely everything they’ve told us to do and still nothing. now it’s to the point where they wont even talk to us and just take our phone number down and say they’ll get back to us. that happened for a third time just 10 minutes ago. absolutely awful

I'm done with this location! They are a resellers nightmare! Rarely do you get an Acceptance Scan when you leave your prepaid labels on the counter. Sometimes they don't get scanned until they reach Regional

These people stole my package at drop off! Claimed they lost it! Make sure you scan your package and add insurance
