Set up a new account after countless issues with PNC only to have all of mine and my husbands info messed up in the account and had to take 2 days to fix. Worst issue was that they do not give temporary cards and expect you to use the digital wallet option until your card comes in in 7-10 business days. Customer service says that they should not be allowed to do this as every branch is REQUIRED to give temporary cards. Problem with digital is not every where has tap to pay and the gas stations that do have it don’t work most of the time. I have had UsBank for less than a week and am already switching somewhere else.

Very helpful staff, super friendly and patient. I was there for 2.5 hours and watched how they handled their other customers, always in a professional manner.

Well its really not a bad bank service is pretty decent just about everyone is friendly and cordial with the exception of I cannot remember her name the teller with the blonde hair she is very rude, smug, and just downright disrespectful. She made me wait after I had already been I line for 15 minutes to verify I was me. Even with my ID and debit card, she became very rude when I told her I had already handed them to her. I'm talking about the one inside Meijers on Sir Barton way. Mind you every other branch the employees are great. When I go back up there I'll post her name. She is one that definitely needs to be put on blast.

I have been a US bank customer for years and have not had any issues. The past year I have been working with Molly Shultz at US bank and she has went above and beyond to help assist with all my needs. She is the new manager at the Hamburg Meijer location and really does a good job at providing great customer service. Highly recommend whatever location she is at =)

Very rude and disrespectful customer service. Went in there over my father’s account because he has passed and the blonde lady was very rude now the dark headed girl was trying to help us out and what it all came down to is the probate order is the short version and the one the bank wanted is the longer version now if the lady had told us that from the beginning and not just say you need the order and us calling our court house twice and then telling us that the order we have is the right one and us trying to explain that to the lady that didn’t want to deal with us or have anything to do with us then rolling her eyes at us I mean really it is not hard enough that we have lost our father but she is being rude and disrespectful to us. So I will not come back and probably will not use this bank for my father’s estate either why would I see how people treat people in the grieving process.

They have another manager now and she is awesome. The staff that is there now are always helpful and friendly. I don't really go to other locations, as they are the only efficient and reliable one in Lexington that I have found. I am there almost daily, as I bank with them for my job.

I went to get documents notarized. The notary didn't understand how to fill out the documents and became aggravated with me. Very rude and cold even though I made an appointment. The company is going to send me more documents because the notary did the forms wrong. There was one part that wasn't supposed to be filled out but they insisted on arguing with me instead of making sure it was filled out correctly. Terrible customer service and very defensive.

A couple of people at the branch located in meijer on 2155 Paul Jones Way, Lexington, KY 40509 should be terminated. The manager, Treena cunningham, lied directly to my face regarding accessing my funds and sent me around the city and insisted I contact the fraud department claiming they're the only ones who could assist me, all to be told that the manager at the branch in which I opened my account was the only person who could help me. Which was Treena. Once I confronted her with this information she then flat out told me she would not help me then became defensive and claimed I was harassing them simply because I, and very civilly, brought all of this to light. The teller by the name of Clay Freddie was extremely rude, his face grew red as if he was angered by my frustration, and blurted aloud my personal information to the surrounding customers in an attempt to humiliate me for a negative balance that I DID NOT CAUSE. They held my funds without probable cause and never gave me the reason why. I'm beyond appalled at how I was treated for I've been a loyal, easygoing and respectable customer for the past 4 years or so. Something needs to be done about this. Then when I requested to withdraw my funds and close my account the teller tells me he cannot withdraw because he closed my account already. There's no way that was processed that fast, especially considering I accentuated the withdraw before closure. So after that I had to cash my check there and they had the audacity to charge me a 7 dollar fee because I "no longer had an account with them"!I demand my money back for that, reprimands for those crude and dishonest employees and a formal apology from corporate.

Absolutely disgusting experience. This employee who is apparently is also the manager was rude to my mother and I from the second she laid eyes on us. I am glad to have closed my account down with them. Not to mention, I will never set foot in this branch ever again. Just ridiculous how poorly we were treated. I have attached a photo of her so that you can avoid her at all costs. Take your business and money elsewhere. Customers deserve better service

I was refused service “because she can†by the blonde lady everyone keeps referring to. She is the branch manager at this location and her name is Trenna. Refused to give me cash of my available balance, and told me to go somewhere else. I did pull $500 cash from the atm, but that the limit I'm able to get in one day, and I needed more. I ended up calling the police and customer service line after she threatened me stating she would call “securityâ€. While my 6 and 8 year old are standing there watching her act like that. She mumbled something and I ask her what she said and she says oh you heard me. I said no I didn't or I wouldn't have ask. She's clearly miserable and lazy and has no business working at a bank or any job with public in general. I didn't once curse, call names or yell at her and I'm treated this way in front of countless customers as well as my children. This reflects on her, I've never had an issue with usbank ever in my life. I have 8 years of banking experience and I'm well versed of the laws and regulations. I also have a short video of how she treated me and I will be posting on my social media & letting my half million fans know about how I was treated, if this isn't taken care of tomorrow. As a previous banker, non of the banks would ever keep someone employed who treated me the way she did. I have a case opened against her and going to speak to the regional manager tomorrow.

Nick s, is terrible. Called.asked what all we needed was told drivers license and social. I just had a paper copy of my license wo he wouldn't take me. That I get company policy no problem there. But then my wife tried to get q account at 3:20. Made her get in line three different times and finally refused us at 350 saying it had to be a.phone bill not regular mail , is what they needed to confirm address. She had four pieces of mail with her including a hospital bill and insurance paperwork and he said they were closed he couldn't donothing. It would have been nice to know when I talked to him on phone . Then he lied and said I didnt speak with him and hes ththe only male working. Point blank he was lazy and didnt want to have ro help someone. Even two people in line said how rude.he was. Very very poor customer skills
