Package been in lexington for 4 days no movement. I guess if the eta says 7 days they make damn sure it takes atleast 7 days.

UPS lacks any sort of customer service. The automated phone system is of no help and won't connect you to an operator. Further more do they refuse to reattempt a delivery or to get in touch with the customer center to enable their customers to pick up missed deliveries. I recommend using FedEx or USPS.

They will lose your packages and in my case, 2 times in a row where i have to submit a investigation which delays it another 7 days past the delivery date. How can these people in lex lose packages 2 times in a row... They need new policies and should be held accountable every time this happens because its we who deal with their mistakes, not them and yet they demand more pay... If i could sue for anxiety over this i would because if people can sue others for mean words said to them on social media and get millions $$, we should have a case here for anxiety over a lost package and for a one of a kind item that costs over $2k that cannot be replaced if not found.
