Horrible experience! I was hoping to mail a small package. The associate (Ken) asked for my Identification and proceeded to apparently copy everything from it!?!? Why are you asking for my ID? I have never had an associate ask for my ID but I actually assumed he was only looking to confirm the package was being sent was by the sender indicated on the package. He finally gives me my ID back after about 5 minutes and then proceeds to measure the package. Ken tells me it's going to cost $63 for ups ground! Are you kidding me??? I took the same package to the post office and it only cost me $17 for priority shipping and they never asked for my ID in the process! This makes me very skeptical about returning to this ups location for anything!
