I had a package that I shipped to a former client who I sold a house for. The package was returned to the UPS Store on Star Shoot Pkwy in Lexington due to my clients building a new home and the driver was afraid to leave on the job site. The Asst Store manager, Jodi went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO contact me and help me get this package sent back out to my clients in Western KY! I cannot thank you enough Jodi!!! So happy UPS has so many awesome employees!!

I needed printing, notarization, multiple fingerprints and mailing services. Each staff at this location were very friendly, knowledgeable and great at their job.

I was nervous about coming here because of the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! The store associate stopped what they were doing to greet me when I entered the store. And quickly handled my amazon return I was in and out in a minute.

2 weeks one packed and they can't bring it. 3 days I ask to give it in an UPS shop, not even that they can't do. One of the worst companies.

The UPS store in Lexington has an employee with the most amazing voice. Like I want him to do commentary on my life. He should be a voice actor or working in radio instead of in a UPS store. He’s so kind though so I’m glad he’s there.

The manager, Jodie was super kind, encouraging, and helpful when a package got delivered to the wrong address. She went above and beyond and called out personally to help make sure I got what I needed. I couldn’t be more appreciative of her and her great customer service!

Prompt, efficient staff. Friendly and helpful. I have used this store for years. Always pack my items well for shipping. Treat me like family. Give me options and make my experience smooth. I leave feeling calm, knowing even my heirlooms will arrive safe and intact.

Just an FYI to any of you that frequent the UPS store in Hamburg. The “New Owner” will no longer print for free a pre paid return shipping label for you. For instance I had one today Amazon sent me via email for a return. The UPS STORE was going to charge me what they would charge someone to print documents $2.10 for the first page ect. I called other stores and apparently it’s up to the store owner. Leestown and Beaumont does not practice this. I didn’t check Richmond Rd as I had my answer. I asked so if I came in to ship a package are you going to charge me 2.10 for that label to be printed and of course the answer was no. The owner states because he has a lot of Amazon packages come through his store he has had to do this. Apparently printing one label versus the other costs 2.10 more which must be charged to the consumer. I will be taking my business to one of the other stores who doesn’t price gouge their customers!
