To Whom It may concern,
I was recently in Lexington, Kentucky and had to ship some souvenirs back to California.
I went into the ups store number 6383 to have my items shipped. When I received my box of souvenirs, I was surprised by the way they were packed. Pictures and receipt are attached for your reference.
No packing material, the 18 by 12 by 12 cube was not cut down to save shipping cost and my items were rattling around in the box.
I have a regional manager friend in Southern California for 9 UPS stores that looked at the shipping and was shocked. I got charge extra for cube size and no packing materials.
The box arrived and not was damaged. Pictures were bent and luckily my coffee cup and other items were not damaged.
I have had an account with the UPS store here in California for 23 years. I hope you try to compensate me for the improper way my shipment was packed and cost of extra shipping due to the box not being cut down. It could have been cut down at least two sections to save me some money.

Ive been to this location numerous times. The staff here are so personable and helpful that I now will never go to another UPS store. Maci and Morgan are always on top of it.

I visit the UPS store often for various services. I have always have a great experience here. Even on the busiest days, the employees go above and beyond to help. I can’t say enough good things.

I came here last week for a large printing job that I needed to get done quickly. They got started on it right away and even helped me with some formatting errors on the document. Overall, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will be returning again!

My husband had a terrible, very disrespectful experience at this location. He went in to get a 2nd document notarized by Notary Morgan Adams. Morgan refused to notarize it and spoke very rudely to him. My husband respectfully said, "if you cannot do it that's fine but there is no reason for you to talk to me like that." At that point Morgan very loudly with a line of customers waiting, raised his voice and pointed his finger and told my husband to GET OUT!Another customer in the store witnessed the whole situation and followed my husband in her car. When they stopped at a traffic signal, she pulled up beside him, rolled down her window and told my husband, that he did nothing wrong and was treated extremely badly and she was going to put in a complaint also.Morgan Adams was very unprofessional and to be considered a public servant, I feel his notary rights need to be evaluated.

The employees are great and efficient but why in the world did you not arrange the doors so that as you walk in you could push them open in stead of trying to pull them open with your arms full? That one was not thought out.
