On May 29, 2024 I went to pick up an online print order. The order could not be found BUT Paige Angel was indeed an angel to me! She spent over 1/2 hour helping me download the pictures I wanted to print from my phone because I have no clue and in fact did it all for me! She went so over and beyond excellence customer service, she should be rewarded! I will continue to use this UPS store for all of my needs! Thank you ANGEL!!!!!

I ship out of this UPS store multiple times a week and they're always super friendly and helpful. We even had an issue with a subscription box getting "lost" because of a label mistake (not their fault, but mine), and they went above and beyond to help me figure it out and make sure we could track everything down.

Not helpful whats-so-ever. They completely delivered package to wrong address and won't have someone to pick it up for three days after THEIR mistake. Completely unacceptable. I had to get another store manager involved

terrible service, they put the address wrong and wrote the name of the recipient wrong, I don't understand how they work and you don't know how to write and read and they don't take responsibility for anything, apart from that they used the postal service for a shipment that was direct to them, a total scam
