Edit: Updated curbside pickup hours! (As of April 2024)They have 5 curbside pickup spots. Convenient but not for someone in rush. It takes at least 10 minutes for the curbside pick-up.

Has had me in a runaround, all the while being condescending and dismissive while doing it. I didn't want to use this pharmacy but their surgery center suggested it since "it would be quicker". It was a major hassle. Do not reccomend.

Very easy to pick up prescriptions here on a Sunday morning. No lines at all. Plenty of free parking. The service is fast and you can tap your watch or phone to pay. You can order renewals of prescriptions on the web, and refills using the Refillpro app.

The service at the UK Turfland Clinic Pharmacy is always outstanding. They have curbside service, which is so helpful. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst customer service!! They make you feel invisible as you're standing there waiting for assistance. I tried using their mail order service. They told me it was sent out. I followed up with a call 5 days later. Was told it was still sitting there to go out on a Wednesday!! Poor service!!

Our high school aged autistic child has a terrible fear of needles. The nurse who administered her vaccines was so gentle, appropriately communicative, and accommodating, it was the best experience we have had yet. Thank you!!
