Not good, no one answered the phone during open hours, customer service was lame, and I had to take your word that you “looked at it” for $60.

I chose 4 star because there was a mishap with receiving a defective battery from Apple which required that I make a 2nd trip to the store, but KEEP READING. This store is a perfect example of how an issue should be handled. Both individuals were professional and explained the situation in detail so that I knew what was happening. A 2nd battery was ordered, they expedited its replacement, and contacted me when it was ready for pickup so I didn't have to make a 3rd trip to the store (I live 35 miles away in another town). Beyond this mishap, the team was also very personable and I felt like a customer and not just a "number". Great overall experience despite the small issue.

I took my pixel phone here because Google has a contract with them. They replaced the screen but when I picked it up one of the microphones no longer worked so I couldn't do voice to text. I immediately went back to the store to talk to them about it. I was told that there was no way replacing the screen would break the microphone. I explained it worked fine before it was "fixed". He told me he would talk to the guy who worked on it and call me the next day. He never called and they do a poor job at answering the phone at their business. I called Google and they replaced my phone. I definitely wouldn't go back there for anything other than a contract repair and only if I had to.

I dropped my phone off on a Tuesday came to pick it up Friday on my lunch break, I was told that the replacement screen was also broken, told to wait a couple minutes for them to throw a new one on, I had left and came back that afternoon and was able to pick my phone up, but the process of everything was kinda slow I would like to see more cashiers and more techs to speed up the process. It just takes a while when when the lone employee who works the front is doing all he can with multiple customers asking many questions all at once, the repair was done well looks and feels like they cleaned the phone but to have 3 full business days to finish a repair I would expect to be able to pick up my device on the scheduled time that they said it would be done. The customer service is top notch but would like a better process of drop off and pick up.

Repaired nothing. I went in to get my phone after being with you for three days. When I got there they said that they wouldn’t honor the 1 year warranty because it looked like someone put something under the screen causing the issue. I paid over 180 dollar and they won’t refund me. This company is a scam and waste of time. I will never take an electronic device here for repair. I have also spread the word

It was a wonderful experience. Matthew a staff member was amazing. I was there for 30 minutes and he took care of at least 8 customers . He sure can multitask. I would highly recommend this store if you have any issues with Phones, Ipad, Laptop.

There were 6, 7 customers in front of me when I went to the store. While the staff was assisting them, I found him very knowledgeable and fast to resolve the issues that were brought in. My wife’s Pixel 7 screen was replaced next day with a genuine Google part, and it was even cheaper than the off-brand screen offered by another store that I checked earlier that day. I think I have found my go-to store for any cell phone issues and recommend it for anyone. Thank you.

My screen was broke and I couldn’t access anything on my phone. Sim had me up and going within a few hours. He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this place for your phone or electronic repairs.

Went & got my 15 pro max fixed today front & back screen, they were very friendly, fixed it perfect and in a timely manner! Even went back and they helped me put my screen protector on. Would definitely recommend and this is where I will return if needed.

Took my PlayStation for a clean and they had it for a week (didn’t get a call after a week) so went up there the day after I was supposed to get a call and they said “the PlayStation needs a new fan” I was gonna let it be sent out but I changed my mind and when I got it back I looked in the little vents on the back and side of the PlayStation and there was still all types of debris. So I decided to take it apart and get to the fan myself as I was taking it apart it had not even been open by the people at the place because without having to wipe and blow a bunch of dust and other debris was coming off. They said I needed a new fan but once I finished cleaning it myself the PlayStation worked 100% fine the fan isn’t over heating anymore and I’ve been running a game that would usually cause the fan to over heat in a couple minutes for longer than an hour 0/10 on this place would not recommend

My phone started acting crazy in the middle of the night when I turned on white noise from Spotify. When I touched screen, it gave a vocal reading of what I touched so I turned it off hoping to reset. But it wouldn’t accept my passcode! Google via my laptop (by now having given up on sleep) revealed the need for triple clicking but the phone STILL wouldn’t accept my passcode. So I can’t open, can’t reset and—of course—can’t sleep. What to do? I remembered a former trip to ubreakifix and Voila! The technician (whose name I didn’t get) knew that the needed triple
click actually needed to be a single click FOLLOWED by a double-click. He was able to open my phone, go to settings>accessibility>voiceover which I had somehow managed to turn on. ?♀️
ubreakifix will defeat the Apple minions of Satan who unfailingly dream of way to drive me crazy. ubreakifix rocks!
