Did a long distance move from Utah to Kentucky and Upack gave me the best price! Made it affordable to move as well as only charged me the price I was quoted. The customer service was amazing and all my items made it safely to my new location.

I had my stuff delivered from Florida to Kentucky. No issues and the drivers were awesome. They were able to get my house down a narrow road and right up to house. The driver had to back out to get out. Would use again.

U-Pack made it EASY!!! They brought two containers just in case we needed more. When we only used one, they picked up the empty one at NO CHARGE!! Extremely communicative and on time. I was highly impressed with the service. Almost half the price of the other "well-known" company. I recommend U-Pack!!!

Moved from Northern Illinois to Lexington and had great service in both areas. Everyone I talked with was always friendly and helpful. Received my PODS on time and the delivery drivers were awesome asking exactly where I would like them and were friendly and even helpful about packing. I would use them again in the future and all my PODS actual arrived earlier than I anticipated. I really can't say anything negative about my experience with this company.

Moving from KY to NY was no easy task, but upack made.it simpler the drivers wee very friendly and did amazing jobs parking in difficult spots. I also had several extraordinary circumstances where my house I was moving into, was not ready to close. Upack was fantastic with the delivery options and worked with me to ensure the truck was delivered on time.

This is the second move using U-Pack. They work as advertised. The schedulers will work with you to deliver the trailer and have been friendly and professional. The online system with both email and text notifications keeps you apprised of next steps. I don't plan to move again anytime soon, but will use them if needed.

Wayfair subcontracted them to deliver furniture. I called to provide the corrected phone number and she could not find the order with either phone number. I was trying to help the delivery drivers because they need specific instructions to make the turn up our road and it's snowing. She hung up on me! I had to call back and ask for a manager and she refused to transfer the call initially. She put me on hold and finally transferred. The dispatch manager Tim was VERY helpful and took the information their team needed but the call center representative was zero help and very rude. I would not recommend them unless they coach her on customer service. There are other delivery options.

I moved from Kentucky to Missouri and these guys made a great job! They did bring the containers on Friday, I load them during the weekend and they do the rest.

Like one of the other posters, the pick up in Lexington was a nightmare. I asked national to be sure my things could be picked up at my location. I was assured they could do it. When the driver arrived with the container, he said a tree next to the street was a problem. He suggested I cut the limbs off the city's tree. Okay sure I will just whip out my chainsaw. All my wood furniture was damaged.

After spending three days researching van lines, storage unit moving services, and more, I was nearly ready to throw in the towel and move myself across country, towing my car. I'm really glad I didn't - it's a long enough drive as is. U-Pack was fantastic. We moved 1200 miles with only a weeks notice. They dropped two containers off and picked them up the next day (I only wound up needing one for a one bedroom apartment, sans couch). If you pack well, it's more space than you think. I paid the extra $95 or whatever to guarantee delivery and it arrived promptly the morning after us. We unloaded it that day and they picked it up the very next day. A simple signature on either side, no tricks, no extra costs, quick service.
