Really had a great experience renting from them about a month and a half back to move my business. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

We were on vacation, 5 hours away from home, when our vehicles transmission gave out. Due to Covid every rental car agency had sold off their fleets and there were no rental cars available within (at least) 60 miles from us until 2 days later. And that was a 'maybe' at best.Tabitha was the absolute best. She was able to find and provide us a truck for two days so we could at least get to our hotel and have a vehicle to drive for a couple days to enjoy our vacation itenerary.In addition, she was able to locate us another truck and vehicle hauler and had it ready for us on on departure date so we could drive back home towing our vehicle.Tabitha we want to thank you again for all the extra work and everything you did for us. Without you and what you did our vacation would have been a disaster.John and LaRay

Super rundown location. No signage telling where their office is. Shares a building with other businesses. Go in the gate where the trucks are parked and go inside the brick building there. Door on left that says 'office' is the place. This is a pick up and drop off location so they don't deal with an't setting up of rentals. They told me to call 1800uhaul which wasn't as helpful as I hoped.

A run down area, takes forever to get your keys for the truck because everyone is busy with other customers on phones. We also paid for covers, moving blankets ECT to be picked up with our truck online only to pick up the truck and done they don't even have them on their property. Then were unclear about getting a refund on it. They also had our truck in the very back of the lot instead of up front like they're supposed to, then were rude when we asked for someone to move it up front, rather than possibly hitting the lot fill of vehicles. I suggest the uhaul location on new circle. Don't even bother coming here.

Do not rent here they do not honor their reservations. And make no attempt to fix the problem. Very unreliable there's plenty of other places do not go here
