Some J**** (Not Jamie)"He was actually very professional and helpful, unlike the other man who was CLUELESS AND RUDE! He provided false information pertaining to their Deposits and the policy. He clearly should not be working in customer service. He continued to mock and belittle me when I questioned him about the transaction and how it was processed.Jamie saved the transaction in the end preventing any further legal action towards the location.Unfortunately I will Not be returning to this location for future rentals.

Very good service received here. The representative was very polite and most helpful. He didn't have the cargo trailer I needed at this location but he found me the one I needed at the another U-Haul close by and made the booking for me.

If it is possible to gove 0 stars i would. Impatient, unwilling to help or provide assistance on finding a truck. Talked over me when i spoke instead of listening as to understand what i was fully asking. I was unable to get the answer to my question because of being cut off due to him assuming he knew what i needed. To this associate the customer clearly did not come first.
