Great service. Can't remember the lady's name but she was so helpful. The truck I originally was assigned was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes smoke. Switched me out with no problem.

I thankfully got my trailer with no issues and didn’t experience any of the horror stories in these other reviews. But having been to the place in person, it checks out. Grouchy staff and filthy facilities. Granted, I would expect nothing less from a towing company that doubles as a U-Haul dealer.

I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. This morning I arrived after reserving my truck and dolly online and the store manager delayed our trip by 30 minutes by claiming that the truck didn't exist (despite it being right outside - I had located it and took photos) and claimed they didn't have a dolly either."The website says we have things we don't have" - said the worker.I asked for my $50 check - as I have learned to read the fine print. She proceeded to sit down and ignore me and my movers? The picture of professionalism /s.Luckily, I had corporate on the line and a few quick texts later, magic elves produced a dolly from behind the door (there was a line of several, I kinda glanced in) the keys to the truck, and a death glare. How dare I make someone work!Luckily I am returning the truck several states away and do not have to deal with that location ever again - because I assure you, should life take me back to Lexington, wild horses couldn't drag me back to this dealer.

Prices were reasonable to rent a covered pull behind trailer only reason I'm giving three stars is because the location in which we picked up our vehicle was very unpleasant It was also a tow yard and could have been more properly maintenance thus resulting in us making it less than 4 mi away and realizing that we had a bolt in the tire of our truck not the U-Haul but our truck from driving through the tow yard to hitch the U-Haul pull along to us This happening because the tow yard in particular had no regard for cleanliness and maintenance of their property very upsetting cut into our time of being able to move said items with U-Haul and more money out of pocket than originally anticipated which obviously would not be covered by U-Haul themselves My only real concern to give to others is that you pay close attention to where you're picking your U-Haul up from!!!

Filled it up with gas and cleaned it before I returned the truck. They charged me an extra $40, and when I disputed this they wouldn't even take my call.

The u-haul agents messed up my reservation twice. One, they don't tell you that the distance traveled is relative to the quote for the rental of a truck. Second, ANY in-state move you can use a prepaid debit card, but you have to have a bank debit card or credit card for ANY out-of-state move. Be sure to ask questions and make sure ALL bases are covered. Good luck.

I rented from them……drove the truck 31.3 miles…..I put in six gallons of gas…..when I checked out my bill was 59.02……when I looked at my credit card I was billed 74.68…..Total rip off….look elsewhere.

I called several weeks in advance to reserve a 15 foot truck and was told they would have one for me. I called several days before my move to confirm it. When I went to pick up the truck they didn’t have a 15 foot. I had to get a 10 foot which meant we had to make 2 trips and it took twice as long to move me. I’ll never deal with this business again.

I rented a motorcycle trailer from here on Nov 3 at 1:30pm and was told that I would be able to return the trailer as late as 8pm as long as I was okay doing the check-in process myself. I returned at 7:38pm and was eventually after about 10 minutes greeted by someone who told me I would have to bring the trailer back in the morning because he was closing early and leaving to go to Cincinnati. Now I am currently stuck with a U-haul trailer that I am responsible for and nowhere for me to park and make sure the trailer is secure. There is no locking mechanism on this trailer and therefore anyone could steal this trailer off of my truck. How is this fair to the customer when you make a promise and then fail to uphold that promise?
