Everything he recommended made packing up my home so much less stressful. The glass and dish packs help you to pack like (or better than) a professional. He even went another store to bring an item I needed back to the location most convenient for me.”

“We had an OK-ish experience with them- maybe it just wasn’t a great day for them. We rented a u-haul for the first time slot of the day, and when we arrived at the appointed time, the place was dark and closed. Twenty minutes later, someone showed up. When we got the truck, the check engine light was on, so they said they’d give us a new one. They ended up not having another of that size, so they “upgraded” us to the next size up, which was huge, and more truck than we wanted, so it was harder to maneuver and used more fuel.
Rental terms weren’t explained clearly and we were charged a fee, so it ended up being more expensive than we realized. But the truck did its job and we were able to do what we needed, so I guess all’s well that ends well.”
“Rented a box truck for my move to KY and had a slow leak on a tire and a leak in the cab. Fortunately they offered a 75$ refund. Aside from mechanical issues employees were courteous and service was quick.”

“Everyone was friendly and helpful. Easy to reserve on line. Easy to return the truck. They also have a box return. I brought my boxes to the store after I unpacked them and broke them down and put them in a bin for others to use for free!”
“Great service. Can't remember the lady's name but she was so helpful. The truck I originally was assigned was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes smoke. Switched me out with no problem.”
“My husband and I rented a 16’ truck and trailer for a move from Lexington, KY to Windsor, CT. We had a straightforward experience. Nothing went majorly wrong like the other reviews. I did not look at any reviews prior to booking the budget truck online. Otherwise, I probably would not have booked a budget truck. The pick up experience was straightforward: signed paperwork, waited for the truck to hook up to the trailer, did a walk through, and left. The place was messy but whatever works. They changed the tire of the trailer right in front of us so it took a little while. The interior was clean. The only thing we saw that was sketchy was that there is a check engine light on but it was covered by black tape. Regardless, the truck and the trailer got our stuff and our VW golf to CT without any major issues. (Minor issues: when filling the gas tank, you have to constantly re-angle the gas pump. Also, no back up camera.)”
