I conduct some consolidation business with trible's almost weekly. They seem to have a wonderful team workforce. Have been nothing but professional and easygoing with me and my force, I dont see any "trouble with the tribles" ( for the trekies) ?

Very friendly staff, answered all my questions over the phone. And when I went inside, they were even more friendly in person. Was able to use apple/google Pay. They were knowledgeable and got my part for me right away. My oven is now cooking again! Thanks, Tribble.

Went in to buy a heating element. My handyman was quoted $57 on the phone and when I asked about the price in person I was told $89. I ask how two people could get such different price quotes and she said maybe he had a contractor account(he does not, I asked afterwards). But I asked her if I could buy it under his name for the discount and the woman goes “no you can buy it for $89” in such a rude manner that I was taken aback by it. I ask what the reason for the hostility was and she denies being hostile. I tell her I’ll go buy the part elsewhere and go to appliance pro next door who sells me the heating element for $57. So either she was giving me a higher price because I was a woman, or she was quoting me for an incorrect part and instead of double checking her mistake, she decided to be rude and lose a customer. Either way, I would not recommend this supplier when you can go to appliance pro next door who has much nicer staff.

Incredibly helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Talked to Jesse and he gave me a few points to consider in troubleshooting a suspect dryer element. Turns out a bad timer switch will make the element cut on and off intermittently. Even though the OEM part was way too expensive; Greg was very understanding of me wanted to shop around. All my future appliance parts searches will definitely start here. Thanks again!

I called Tribles this AM looking for a heater element for my dryer. Brad took time to explain different scenarios of why my dryer would not heat. One of the causes that he mention was a lint blockage somewhere. After inspecting the hose...I found a huge blockage. Removed the lint and the dryer started to heat again!! Shout out to Brad and Tribles for not selling parts to make a sale, but helping customers get what they need fixed! Will recommend Tribles to anyone needing appliance help!

I have a wholesale account with tribles. It took 12 min to order two parts from a branch that is different from their primary (Upper Marlboro). I live in Cincinnati, and requested to have my primary branch be changed to Lexington and was indirectly denied, just told to call anytime I wanted to place an order with a different branch.It is frustrating that in 2023, Tribles doesn't allow you to order parts from a branch other than your primary one even though they have 27 other branches that are shippable locations. You'd think they would change that.Lastly, I'll concur what others have said: some of the staff is rude. The first lady I was connected with was rude. The second was not rude, however it did take over 10 min to place an order.I hope Tribles learns how to retain the business of their wholesalers a little more effectively.

I called ahead to make sure they had a part available, or at least could try and match the part. Once I arrived they got a match out of the back and then decided to tell me that they were not taking cash. It had not been mentioned before. There was no sign posted. I wasn't told on the phone. I drove 23 miles for them to tell me they wouldn't accept cash. Not only that, but the part he brought out to sell me had already been sold to another person and was awaiting pick up. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated. They seemed to not even care that it would mean I would be completely unable to cook dinner . So I got in my car and drove across the street to appliance pro who DOES take cash and had the part I needed in stock and was 5$ cheaper! Will not be going back to this place at all. They care about money , not the customer.

I have a top loader because I don’t think front loaders clean as well, but anyways it didn’t have a fabric softener dispenser. Called today, they had one in stock, popped it in the agitator, works like a charm! Took 10 seconds to install. No more missed rinse cycles ?
