Weird experience here. We were on the cashier and the cashier old man who asked if we can take stuffs out of the bucket so he can do the cashier. I was like isnt that your job as a cashier??? So you get pay just stand there and talk to another cashier and wait for customer to do most the job??? Manager should watch out the attitude of employees as well. Not feel like welcoming at all and throw the basket on the floor when we just done cashier as well. What an attitude!
Beside it, i felt like cause im not look like American so this old man cashier keep make eyes contact with me and check on me, then have that kinda attitude towards us. This happened on august 17th around 12:00-12:40 ins.

Much better selection than anywhere in Ohio. It’s also nice that the in-store availability is listed online including aisle numbers.

I am at Total wine at least twice a week on business. I always try to find time to go inside and browse or purchase. Everyone is correct about the wonderful staff. I have been associated with Total wine for about 5 years now. Always enjoy this stop. Kudos to Total wines staff?

Love all the choices they have! Employees aren't very friendly though. The ones I've encountered act like I'm bothering them when I ask a question.
